Leider war die Erfahrung mit die Schlechteste, die ich je gemacht habe. Wir sind privat und beruflich jedes Jahr und vielen Hotels, aber in dieses würde ich nie wieder gehen. Es sieht online ganz toll aus, es liegt zentral und die Kommunikation war am Anfang gut. Aber leider war alles nicht besonders sauber: Haare im Bad, Staub auf den Beistelltischen, Müll oben auf einem Brett oberhalb des Fensters (zu sehen vom Maisonette-Bereich). Der Geruch war am schlimmsten, evtl. ein extrem starkes Reinigungsmittel? Ein widerlicher Raum-“Duft”? Wir wollten ca 11:00 gehen, wie in den anderen Hotels auf dieser Reise. Uns wurde am Tag der Anreise geschrieben, “Check-Out ab 10:00” - wir hatten vermutet bis 11 oder 12, wollten dann aber eh los. Am nächsten Morgen war um 10:00 eine unfreundliche Dame da, die reinigen wollten, wir waren beim Frühstück. Wir haben ihr gesagt, dass in der Nachricht etwas anderes stand, es wohl ein Missverständnis seitens Management gab und wir uns beeilen wuerden, damit sie starten könne. Sie schien etwas verärgert, aber das Thema schien geklärt. Wir haben uns bemüht schnellstmöglich Küche und Bad frei zu räumen und anschließend den Rest, dann vor dem Hotel in Ruhe das Auto zu packen. Das Zimmer war dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit fertig. Als wir unterwegs waren sah ich dann die beiden wütenden Nachrichten vom Management. Mit Androhung, die Polizei zu rufen, da wir die erste Nachricht “ignoriert” hatten. Anstatt es friedlich zu klären oder anzurufen. Unglaublich

Le petit loft est très bien équipé et idéalement situé, avec un accès facile au centre historique, à la plage et aux commerces alimentaires à proximité. Nous n'y avons malheureusement passé qu'une seule nuit en raison de problèmes avec notre compagnie aérienne. C'est dommage, car nous avions réservé deux nuits et nous aurions aimé profiter davantage de ce logement. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Very nice place and good location

Logement propre avec une kitchenette toute équipée. Le parking est spacieux pour l’ensemble des logements. Il est bien situé à côté d’un hypermarché Spar et d’un supermarché Konzum, d’un Mac Donald et de la gare routière.

Ok sted for overnatning. Rent og aircondition virkede perfekt!

Air conditioning wasn’t very effective. Room never got below 24 Celsius. It’s simple, has some basic pots, pans, etc., but we didn’t use the cooking top. Nice little patio area. Location is solid - it was quiet, very close to the bus station, grocery store (with self-service laundromat inside), only about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and maybe 20 to Old Town. Not a ton of restaurant options in the immediate area, other than a McDonald’s.

Very good value for money. Located reasonably close to the main town area (15-20 min walk). Free parking with lots of space. More of a value for money- small and easy room style than a high quality stay.

Online Check-In hat wunderbar funktioniert, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Küche gut ausgestattet. Lage ist auch super, Parkplatz vorhanden!

터미널 근처 숙소로 예약했는데 매우 만족했습니다. 구도심과는 거리가 있습니다. 대형마트와 맥도날드가 바로 옆인 점도 좋았습니다. 내부시설도 전자렌지도 있고 주방기구들이 꽤 잘 갖춰져있었어요. 계단없이 바로 입구가 있는 점도 좋았네요. 숙소에 놓고간 물건이 있었는데 가지러갈 때까지 보관해주어서 정말 고마웠습니다.

500meter till beachen och 1km till gamla stan. Ligger bredvid buss till flygplatsen och flera supermarkets för att köpa frukost. Bra pentry med kyl och ac/wifi. Fräscht boende med nytt badrum. Baksidan till McDonalds som först kan se tråkigt ut men helt ok.

The area is perfect (nearby all + bus station ) and the property was simply perfect. The stuff also very welcoming. I would love to return here so of course this place is recommended with no doubt.

Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Pour le même prix vous pourrez avoir beaucoup mieux !

Small apartment right behind McDonald's. Was a good place to lay out heads during a road trip.

Very convenient transportation and move to old town. Thanks to white noise from air conditioner, I had slept well and will be back again when I visit again Zadar.

Great location, easy parking, bus stop close, self service laundry across the road, supermarkets and maccas. But to make this an AWESOME property a little maintenance and attention to detail would not go astray. We had no drain plug in kitchen, mould in bathroom, TV's batteries flat, tv at about 15°,microwave needs attention, no luggage racks,but minor things. Special thanks to the lady who found us a plug and batteries.

The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for a short stay, the communication with the host was very easy and pleasant, they were flexible to leave our luggage nearby. The check-in and code system to get the keys worked perfectly, no issues at all. The only downside was this is a bit far away from the historic centre, 20-30 min walking, but we were aware of the location when we booked, also because it is very close to the bus station which was convenient to us. Zadar is mostly flat and we did the walk with no problem. We didn't use parking but the property does have parking right in the apartment area, I would recommend this property for a short stay in a nice apartment and very helpful staff even being online messaging.
