When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room. Had cigarettes burns on the tub even though it was a smoke-free room. The room we booked was a good size.

Service can be much better. Even though I paid when I checked in, I kept getting calls asking me to go finalize my payment before I check out. Poor customer service due to lack of communication among staff or staff not knowing their responsibilities

Walked into the room and it smelled like someone had smoked in the room. Asked to have room changed but they did not have another in the same area as our families room that we were with. Kept air on and had to spray my perfume but still had the smell.

Le prix est très intéressant, stationnement inclus. Moins aimé niveau propreté au dessus de l'air climatisé tout noir de saleté, plancher collant et dans la salle de bain lorsque l'on referme la porte le mur pleins de coulisses sale.

Stove and microwave, but no plates, no cups, no cutlery, no drinking glasses, no pots and pans. Otherwise, this property meets the basic needs: decent bed and pillows, clean and properly maintained bathroom room and relatively quiet.

My experience was horrible, the room was smelling cigarettes, specially the pillows. I found a dead mouse in the washroom fan, the washroom was too old and dirty. I wasn’t expecting a 5 stars room, but at least I was expecting something like I saw in the pictures at the website hotels.com If I could I’ll get my money back. My experience was the worst I ever had in all the hotels that I have been in Canada.

Embaixo do frigobar e os colchões precisam melhorar a limpeza. Mas os lençóis estavam limpos. O restaurante é muito bom
