this hotel very very very bad service , staff hotel very arrogant and speak with customer not nice , he refuse my order to check in ,just because i gave paspor with format pdf and visa fotocopy , i'm going to order another hotel near this hotel [ on the spot ] they accepted my paspor pdf and visa fotocopy because the paspor and visa has correct identity and still valid , finally staff reception mariana hotel refuse and throw me like animal , this staff reception very bad attitude and not polite to customer , actually we paid by application done , they only scamming my money , please from traveloka help center , dont pay this hotel because not even to accept me and speak nicely.....i can't cancel/refund is ok but give this staff hotel bad appraisal....
