The room was excellent,super clean only thing that needed addressing was vacuuming the hallway outside the roooms.

Loved the bar across the street and shoppings right around the corner.

The room was not very clean. Hairs on the floor in the bathroom and stuck to the shower walls, crumbs and small garbage around bed areas.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. But lots of misses on other things. Air conditioner ratted all night. HBO buffered constantly and was unwatchable. They ran out of lobby coffee in the morning. So three stars. Doesn’t meet the price point.

Checking in was easy. Got a great recommendation for restaurant in the area

Good location. Convenient and safe area. Only down side was air conditioning very loud even on low and was there at same time as a large group of teens and they owned the pool and hallways.

Very clean and quiet.

The property was clean and attractive. The staff were helpful and friendly. This also felt like a very safe area. We were just minutes to Charleston, the beach, and any type of shopping or restaurant we wanted. Breakfast was always decent.

Nice overnight stay and nice staff as well

Overall good stay. Water pressure was poor. Also, I don’t like when you have selected to pay at the hotel, and the front desk chooses to run your card prior to checking in. Misrepresentation

For the most part it was great. Only issue really was one of the two elevators stopped working, no control over that.

Good except the pool was closed even after weather past.

The room smelled of cheap disinfectant and the bed was very uncomfortable, Id of slept better on the floor as the bed was so hard. Both of my shoulders are still in pain from trying to sleep on it. Im still very tired from the experience
