My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights. It was an easy walk to Liverpool Station

One of the best hotel I have stayed for a long time

Having a kettle is a big plus for families with kids. Quite spacious room in East London. Walking distance to East CBD. Walking distance to Liverpool Station.

Great location great staff

If you’re offered room 904, ask for a change. Your door is right opposite the open stairwell for the Avairy and it’s VERY noisy. You hear all the guests walking passed your room to go and from the Avairy. You hear all the guests congregating in the Avairy both at night and in the mornings. There is a door within your room to shut out the noise but you need to open that door each time you use the bathroom so it feels very uncomfortable hearing all these people outside your room when you’re showering. concierge was a lovely. However, I asked for local knowledge and assistance for travel. He tried to offer us a driver to and from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, stating we’d have to take two or three underground trains to get to the stadium and back, implying it would be a bit of a nightmare. And the offered cost??? £125 EACH WAY!!! £250 total!!!! He said he’d had a lot of guests already ask him the same thing that day and they booked the driver!!! One, who on earth pays that much money?!? Two, why was he not offering car shares then? Felt it was a money making tactic for the hotel! Then we downloaded the app ‘Citymapper’ and it confirmed we could get the Weaver line from Liverpool Street to White Hart Lane. Straight through journey there and back, so simple! Didn’t experience any stress and it cost £4 each way! So if you’re going to a gig from this hotel, there’s your best route. Oh and download Citymapper!!! ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER for visiting London!

Quality hotel. Luxury. Staff were amazing

für ein 5 Sterne Hotel einfach nur schlecht. Angefangen von den Zimmern,die klein sind ,keine 5 Sterne Qualität haben und dreckig und schlecht unterhalten sind(der Teppichboden ist mit Kleckerspurem überseht.Die Silkonfugen im Bad eine Katastrophe.Aber das schlimmste am Zimmer ist die Aussicht(und das sollten Buchende wissen).Mit einem Superior Doppelzimmer bekommen sie einen unverbaubaren Blick in eine Art Industrieinnenhof wo ca. 15 Klimageräte im Betrieb stehen.Um keine Depressionen zu bekommen ,in was für einer Industrieabsteige man gelandet ist bleibt einem nichts anderes übrig die Nachtvorhänge ganztägig geschlossen zu halten.Wir hatten beim Einchecken noch den Wunsch geäußert ein Zimmer höher gelegen mit einer guten Aussicht zu erhalten.Der Officer versprach am nächsten Tag einen Zimmerwechsel.Am nächsten Tag war aber eben dieser Hotelmitarbeiter nicht mehr da und uns wirde erklärt das wir (deutsche) billigsten Zimmer gebucht haben .Wohlgemerkt wir haben 448€ die Nacht bezahlt.Der Pool ist eine verwahrlostes Becken das nach Chlor stinkt und milchig trüb ist.Einfach ekelhaft.Das Frühstück ,wurde beim Empfang als „Fantastisch“ angepriesen.Tatsächlich erreicht es nicht mal ansatzweise die Qualität eines deutschen 3 Sterne Tagungshotels. Die Auswahl ist gering.die Wurst mehrere Tage alt,in meinem Fall war die Wurstscheibe bereits sauer vergoren.Wenig Brot und Backwaren.Die wenigen Minibrötchen knüppelhart.unten den Tischen alles dreckig.Die Kleidung des Personals verdreckt

Skønt hotel med en perfekt beliggenhed. Personalet er søde, opmærksomme, hilser altid og gør hvad de kan for at give os den bedste tid på hotellet. Hotellet er pænt og rent og af en fin kvalitet. Vi havde en Jr. suite, som ligger ind mod hotellets midte. Har var der meget larm fra hotellets ventilationsanlæg i nattetimerne! Vi blev flyttet til 8 etage hvor støjen var mere tålelig men ikke udeblivende

Weekend break in london to see ELO which was unfortunately cancelled. Didnt stop us having great time and staying at the Montcalm made it worthwhile. From the moment we arrived all the staff were so helpful and friendly. A credit to the hotel. Facilities were fantastic and the spa top notch. Rooftop bar had great views and the breakfast very tasty with plenty of choice. Everything almost perfect. Our only complaint would be the bars closing too early. We arrived at 11pm on a saturday night to find it closed. Its nice to have a relaxing drink in nice surroundings after a hectic day in the city so we feel the hotel is missing a trick here

Brilliant hotel

The hotel is mostly about its prime central location. Staff was very friendly The room was okay. Bed was comfortable. AC wasn’t workin well and it was warm in London. The shower pressure was low. Breakfast is excellent and is at the top floor with great views.

Really nice hotel. Excellent staff. Great location. Only slight disappointment was the tv in the room, limited channels and the Chromecast didn’t work.

Excellent service from everyone in the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Bed and pillows were comfy. There was a good breakfast choice with extras available that are cooked fresh. Great location. 5 min walk to Moorgate tube station. Bars and restaurants nearby and walking distance to St Pauls cathedral, shops, restaurants and Spitalfields.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing customer service and clean rooms. In a great location felt very safe. Central to most of the things we wanted to see by tube or bus ride.

It was absolutely amazing all the facilities was amazing and the staff absolutely wonderful

Fab stay

Everything was perfect about the stay, we had a great time. However, during the height of Summer, air con didn't deliver well, and a fan isn't provided in the room, leading to an uncomfortable sleep Other than that, 5 stars
