Rating & Review Keseluruhan Best Western Plus Hotel Montreal

Old and outdated rooms with basic amenities (they don't even provide slippers). Poor sound proofing as you could hear everything going on the hallway at night, on top of the loud fridge in the room.

The only thing that I think missing in our room was a microwave. Other than that nothing to say wrong about my stay. Was great. Very friendly staff.

Overall a great experience! Super friendly welcoming staff, clean and location was amazing!

Great stay. Location was convenient for show nearby. Check in was slow due to many people arriving at 4:30 and only one person at reception.

Nous avons due changer de chambre parce que la toilette fonctionnait mal. Il nous ont changé de chambre mais il n’y avait plus de lit King de disponible et un niveau plus bas donc plus bruyant avec la rue Ste-Catherine

The staff was very kind and helpful. Good location but we were kept up a lot of the night by homeless screaming.

Neighborhoods not clean

The hotel is a good value for the money. It has everything you need, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a free coffee/tea at the reception which is really nice. The room was clean and we had a cleaning service every day. The only downside was the location. Eventhough it was very close to the city centre, the area was shady with many homeless people and junkies. But of course nothing the hotel can do about.

The place was clean and the room was fine. However, the staffing was inconsistent—the kids running the restaurant were abysmal. One of the receptionists was good—the girl with big hair. The others not so much. Both the treadmills in the health center stopped working while i was using them. They cut out. And the shower head broke off in my hand when i tried to adjust it. The area isn't nice, unsavory characters all around. And it was very noisy—bad night's sleep.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful, courteous and very friendly. Rooms are comfortable and updated. Only issue found is they mind Winter Season and air conditioning was not available during our stay. Overall would stay again.
