Our recent three-night stay at Sopra Le Mura in Castellammare del Golfo was once again an excellent experience and marked our second visit to this wonderful hotel. Having stayed previously, we returned with high expectations, and we are pleased to say the hotel delivered the same warmth, comfort and hospitality that we remembered. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and made to feel immediately at home. The standout feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff, who create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. In particular, Gabriella and Frederica deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. Both were consistently warm, professional, helpful and approachable throughout our visit. They always greeted us with a smile, took time to answer questions and were happy to assist with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. As returning visitors, it was especially nice to be recognised and welcomed back. Gabriella and Frederica provided excellent local recommendations and also helped us arrange a half-day boat excursion. This proved to be one of the highlights of our trip, giving us the opportunity to explore the stunning coastline and enjoy spectacular sea views. Our sea-view room was another highlight. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with everything required for a relaxing stay.

Hotel muito bom e limpo! Funcionários amáveis e café da manhã maravilhoso (tem poucas opções, mas é tudo MUITO gostoso). Fica no centro histórico e rua do hotel é cheia de restaurantes e opções de o que fazer para quem gosta de agito. Não tem estacionamento no hotel, mas existem estacionamentos pagos no entorno.

Extremely clean / all modern facilities/ excellent breakfast the hotel is situated on the top of the city walking distance to everything you need….. incredibile staff especially Tiziana ( full of knowledge and spoke English made several recommendations that were great) street parking is available near the port about 10 min walk. I can’t wait to stay here again. I highly recommend.

Helt fantastiskt hotell med ett mycket fräscht rum! Personalen var otroligt snälla och trevliga, och var alltid där för att hjälpa dig. Ägaren var ofta där, och även hon var extremt trevlig och visade oss saker vi inte kunde missa i Castellammare Del Golfo. Otroligt bra hotell, väldigt vackert och snyggt inrett med en modern fast fortfarande italiensk touch!

Sejour très agréable .Le personnel est souriant et tres serviable.un bon emplacement proche des restaurants tout en etant au calme chambre spacieuse moderne avec de belles poutres. Petit déjeuné sale et sucre tres bon pouvant etre pris à l interieur ou extérieur

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel in a good location. However, the room was the smallest room I have ever been in. Absolutely no room in the bathroom. They even had our towels on the bed. There was not room for 2 suitcases. Only one person could be walking around at a time. Very disappointing. And parking was a huge issue. But otherwise, a good stay
