Muy buena opción, muy buen servicio.

Muy bonita la decoración por dentro

Estaba sucio , no es un hotel de 4 estrellas como lo promocionan en su página. Me tuve que cambiar de hotel

Mucho polvo en la habitación. Sin servicio y personal para la habitación (restaurante)

CONCEPTO UNICO, SE PUEDE EXPLOTAR MAS CON BAR EN EL LOBY, RESTAURANTE Y UNA TEMATICA QUE LO HA MAS INTERESANTE

Hotel antiguo pero comodo

Confort y limpieza.

The bad: The facilities are old and very cluttered with a lot of different items, which seem they havent not been dusted in years. Towels are extremely old and have stains I dont think any wash can take off. No small or face towel is provided. There was a pipe in the bathroom which kept leaking water on top of the toilet. Yogurt in the breakfast buffet was spoiled and acid, and the eggs had a grey color to them which didnt give me confidence to consume. The windows didnt shut down entirely, and though I usually wouldnt have a problem with that, being there were ladies on the street laughing and screaming the whole night I had to turn the TV on to mitigate the noise. The Wifi signal in the room was weak and would constantly get disconnected, and was unexistant in the buffet area. The good: The staff was very nice during the stay. Wifi signal was strong in the lobby area.

Es un hotel agradable. Tal vez me gustaria que el menu buffete tuviera mas opciones.

There was a few things that I don’t like

No nos dieron acceso a dónde está la mesa de billar.

The Hotel was ok, staff was nice but it felt very unsafe around the area over night. Breakfast was very limited but ok. Overall it was barely ok, I wouldn’t stay again

Descuidan los detalles en ese hotel: reservé una cama King size y me dieron una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales, encontramos un vaso sucio al entrar a la habitación, la llave del agua caliente se safa, no sale el agua lo suficientemente caliente, no tienen cortinas que obstruyan completamente la luz, el jabón de manos se terminó al poco uso, los botones de los dispensadores de shampoo y gel para baño estaban demasiado duros, el desayuno no estaba muy bueno, una persona del restaurante atendía de mala manera y con una pésima actitud y no había quién atendiera en la sala de juegos y el roof garden.

Kind of gothic, but nice

They don't clean your restroom during your stay.you have to ask for clean towels. they do not change your sheets during your stay. My stay was 6 days.
