Good location good hotel

The staff at swimming pool who was lighting the candle around the pool was very poor attitude. She literally bang the door of each candle holder and made so much noise to a point I need to leave the pool. I think that's what she wanted to do. To get rid of all the guests at pool. I did not expect such level of service at park hyatt at all.

Nice hotel with good view, restaurants also nice.

Beautiful hotel and very convenient with a huge shopping mall connected to the hotel.

The place is well-planned and very convenient for everywhere. Breakfast included serves very nice meals and drinks there. Further, please do try the Chinese restaurant located at 37 floor and enjoy the boundless swimming pool and fancy gym facilities at 35 floor. Last but not least, I really like the hotel service. The hotel kindly extended our check-out time.

非常舒服的空間，維持一貫的奢華低調。江景房可以欣賞美麗夜景，中餐廳的菜不錯，尢其是龍蝦泡飯，早餐也美味，非常喜歡這次的住宿體驗！

Enough experiences towards Foreighers who can only speak English. We can achieve rapid check-in without actual passports, with Only certification document issued by Chinese goverment. In the other hotels, long took time taken (over a half hour), more subsequence documents needed, in worst case, refused to stay. Very clever, sharp, and kind staffs at front office. Very noble, refined sensed furnitures, room accessories, facilities we can see not only in each room but also public spaces. Great, beautiful pool which can see supream city biew, amazing breakfast we can have not only delicious many foods but also active performance by many chef's. Front staffs （Mr. Mark and a gentleman) are so kind that we can have valuable information for travel. Suitable or reasonable for price. Highly recommendable. 外国語は英語しか話せない外国人（日本人）に対する経験も豊富。　ビザ更新の為に、パスポート原本を中国政府機関に提出中で、提出（預かり）証明書携帯の宿泊客への対処・理解も早く、超特急（1-2分）でのチェックインが完了。他のホテル(30分以上かかる、付帯書類も要求、最悪は宿泊拒否）では有り得ない、優れた体験をしました。非常に賢く、回転と理解が早く、親切なスタッフ達がフロントにいらっしゃいます。非常に気品があり、洗練された内装、家具、ロームアクセサリーを、室内でもパブリックスペースでも楽しめ、魅了されます。大きな美しい室内プールから見事なシティビューを楽しめ、付帯のジャグジーバスやシャワー、更衣室も素晴しい。朝食ビュッフェでは、様々な美味しいお料理だけでなく、眼前で多くのシェフ達のパフォーマンスを見ながら、出来立てのお料理を戴けます。フロントスタッフは大変親切で、適任者（マークさん他）が、親身に最適な観光情報をアドバイスしてくださいました。価格に見合う、或いはそれ以上でありリーズナブルと言えます。強くお薦め致します。

Service! Service! Service! First class! Located in a traveler friendly neighborhood, safe and convenient. Easy to reach the major tourist attraction-West Lake; as well as the transportation centers. Local cuisine is delicious. The famous Chinese silk products are readily available. Only a short distance ride to the international airport.

The room was big, we love the gym and restaurant on 48th floor. Food was excellent! Perfect for our staycation!

Staffs are all friendly and welcoming; a nice hotel in general. Could offer more personalised services if the hotel wanted to step up to the next level.

有电动马桶，房间也没有毛 不会犯过敏

今回旅行で利用しました。 地下鉄駅のそばで、ショッピングモールを経由してホテルに行けます。 ただ、入り口がわかりづらいのが難点です。 ホテルロビーはビルの上層階で、客室はさらにエレベーターを乗り換えます。内装は清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。

Nice room and comfy. Staff friendly. Chinese restaurant ssrves good food. However, lobby lounge’s lady singer is disappointing. Bad attitude.

Nice design, good service , very nice room, will stay at Park Hyatt again !
