Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Vorab war es super, dass es einen gratis Parkplatz für unser Mietauto gab. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und die Aussicht war wunderschön. Das Housekeeping-Team hat jeden Tag das Zimmer frisch gemacht und wir sind immer in ein super sauberes Zimmer zurück gekehrt. Die All-Inclusive Getränkekarte ist divers und es ist für jeden was dabei. Das Buffet Essen ist in Ordnung und nicht besonders herausragend, aber man findet jeden Abend etwas. Die A la Carte Restaurants hingegen sind fantastisch. Abends gibt es einen einladenden Club mit Live DJs. Das gesamte Hotel Personal ist super freundlich. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top!

Excellent hotel! It was better if the air conditioning was cooler in the room and in the dining room, but except that- everything was perfect

We really loved this hotel, great location, and the swim up room was fantastic, I would also book a room with a pool in the future. The ladies at hotel concierge were excellent and maintenance came quickly when the safe and coffee machine were out of order. Really liked all the food and restaurants, worth booking the restaurants as soon as you arrive. Loved the drinks and the mini club room for snacks.

Very much the all inclusive. If your wanting the explore than this is probably not the hotel for you. With a pool, bar and all the bars and restaurants close by for a relax by the pool holiday.

We arrived at the hotel expecting a relaxing stay, but within minutes everything turned into a nightmare. After checking in and going up to our room, we discovered that my wife had come down with chickenpox. We were honestly shocked and immediately concerned—not just for ourselves, but for the hotel staff and other guests. Trying to do the responsible thing, I rushed downstairs and explained the situation calmly to the manager. I asked if we could check out right away and get a refund, since staying would risk spreading infection. Her response? A flat, instant refusal. No empathy, no concern, nothing. Instead, she told us to just stay in the room until checkout—as if potentially exposing others was acceptable. We were put in an impossible position. Do we stay and risk other people’s health, or leave and lose our money? In the end, we chose to do the right thing and leave immediately. £250 for less than 2 hours, and not even a hint of understanding or basic human decency. Absolutely appalling experience. It’s not just about the money—it’s the complete lack of care for guests and public health. I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here.

Staff were friendly and kind. Hotel was all you could ask for, nice pool, Not far from the sea and easy commute to the harbour.

Hotel was lovely. The welcome on arrival was great. Room was nice although booked a twin and got a double so had to get that changed (cleaning staff not helpful so had to ring reception). The hotel has a nice pool area and the indoor pool was great for when it was raining. Staff were friendly. Good location as you can walk along the front to the harbour or get a bus. Big downside of this hotel is the quality of all inclusive drinks and food. It’s all the cheap (not local) products. Not even local beers (Keo, Leon) are included. For those you need to have the premium wrist band. The all inclusive spirits are like paint stripper. Food ok but not amazing considering the price.

Lovely hotel and the staff were all very kind and accommodating.

The room was a bit “tired” and could do with updating. The coffee mugs in the room were terrible, one was so dangerous without a handle. It was too hot to hold it, & the other one had a very high handle so it easily slipped and tipped !

Food services were excellent. Availble all day and night from different parts of the hotel. Hotel itself was very good, from the pools to restaurants to the activities available. However i would say the rooms are not up to modern standard. While nice and clean, there was definite signs of aging.

Zimmer was das, was wir gebucht haben. Meerblick Standard Zimmer. Größe war OK, Badezimmer hätte etwas praktischer sein können. Personal immer top höflich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung im Zimmer wie gebucht, den rest des hotels kann ich nicht bewerten, da off-deason und nicht alles angeboten wurde und wir auch nicht genutzt haben
