We really enjoyed our stay at the Brick Palma! It is a nice walkable location… lots of shopping and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Room was clean and comfortable for my family. Good value and would stay again.

Industrial vibe big room cmfortable bed -good large bathroom &excellent shower. Service was first class extremely helpful .great location for port or city &20 euro taxi from airport. Corridor decor needs updating air con very noisy & popular bar especially externally means front facing rooms are noisy until early hours

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to help you out with anything that you need. They are very friendly and easily approachable. The hotel is in a great location with loads of great bars and restaurants nearby. I would recommend booking the superior double room which is located at the front of the hotel and has a great balcony for relaxing on after a day of exploring Palma.

Unfortunately the communication was terrible. After hours of calls and emails to both the property and Expedia, we got check-in instructions at 10:30 pm even though I messaged the hotel a week earlier and called them to let them know that we would sauce after 5 pm, the time they close their counter. Otherwise the apartment was well located, clean and the person at the front desk was nice and apologetic (although blaming the problems on Expedia which they weren't). Their online check-in process is also very bad and was sent last minute.

Beautiful place! The very center of the city, but at the same time a very quiet street. Everything is very close. We received a lot of useful information about the city from the manager, which completely updated our plan for a short trip to Mallorca. We are very grateful! The downside is that the walls are very thin and we heard loud neighbours next wall, but maybe we were unlucky :) I really recommend/

Decent for a fairly cheap hotel in Palma. The staff were polite and helpful. Baggage storage is self service.

It’s easy access to all the places that I would like to see at Palma de Mallorca. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Bildene samsvarer ikke helt når man ankommer, og kjøleskapet fungerte minimalt. Tydeligvis må man ha whats up for å kommunisere med hotellet. Kanskje lurt å få info dagen før avreise? Ellers var alt annet (område, gangavstand til transport, butikker og katedral osv) veldig bra.

Alles sauber, Zimmer sehr dunkel (Zimmer 11), decken sind schwarz angestrichen. Ausblick auf Ruine. Alles sauber, alle nett und freundlich.

Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Ich war mit meinen Freundinnen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles was du benötigst findest du dort. Auch waren Restaurants, Bars in deiner Umgebung. Du bist in wenigen Minuten auf dem Plaza Major. Es war echt alles perfekt für unseren kurztrip, auch Check in sollte eigentlich ab 15 Uhr sein, jedoch haben die uns direkt nachdem wir angekommen sind reingelassen. Des Weiteren haben sie uns per WhatsApp mitteilen lassen, dass wir jederzeit schreiben können, falls etwas sein sollte. Wir bedanken uns!

Great value for money. Nice spot in the centre. Dont expect much luxury. Ac didnt work great and the shower was semi broken. Besides that the accomodation was great, comfy beds and a nice brick look.
