Even though check/in was a bit “bumpy” caused by Experian, the hotel staff was gracious to solve the problem and our stay / checkout was excellent!

I have stayed here before. It is new, clean, and right off the highway. I was disappointed this time because the hotel canceled my reservation due to overbooking. They were no help, and the manager ignored my attempt to contact them for two weeks.

Hotel is very nice. Very good staff, especially with friendly approach to pets and doggie welcome bag

The person checking me in asked for more ID and personal information than they should have. Driver's license and credit card is normal, she also asked for my phone number and email. When I asked why, she said because we booked through hotels.com and also in case I ordered food delivery. I gave it to her, but shouldn't have. Checking out the next morning, I asked the (different) person about this and they said they should not have asked for the info and it's not their policy. So now I'm monitoring my CC and other info to make sure it won't be used for identity theft. Unacceptable that an employee can work outside of policy like this.

Room was spacious, clean, updated. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. It made a shower unpleasant. Adjusting the thermostat was also almost impossible.

Staff was very considerate of special needs of this stay. The hotel room was very spacious and clean, and although the room was advertised with two queens, the sofa also folded out to a bed. Great place to stay!

We stayed here for my son's basketball tournament. I picked the Hampton because of other positive reviews and it did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate a later check out and breakfast was nice and hot. Will stay here again.

they said they were overbooked and didn't have my suite when i arrived...got a small room with no kitchenette...nobody at the desk knew how to get online...charged me $300 for pee on a bed that apparently had no waterproof sheet...pet fee is $100...not pet friendly

My sole complaint is that the caulking between tub and tile looks like it had a recent problem with mold.
