Staff were great and professional and hard working. The Seduction room was lovely, modern and really clean . Location is very central and we got a lovely view of the lake which we didnt expect.

Staff were very friendly and efficient, the hotel is very clean and well looked after, the rooms are spacious and well kept, great location, only a few minutes walk into the centre and 5 minutes from the Lake.

We had an excellent stay at the Cranleigh recently. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. We had to park around the back of the hotel which wasn’t the best for getting out of, but all in all we had a fantastic stay in a great location.

Perfect hotel very close to Bowness centre only a few minutes walk away. Hotel, clean, staff excellent and breakfast also excellent. Parking an extra bonus as this can be such an issue around the area. Would 100% consider booking again. Perfect Boutique Style Hotel.

Lovely decor in the room, staff were all lovely. Breakfast was 10/10. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Stayed in a standard room (3) first night bathroom was abit too hot but was fine the second. Beds super comfy rooms very nicely decorated. Close to the lake and lots of pubs and restaurants. Would defo stay again. Breakfast was lovely!

This is our fifth visit here so, obviously, we like it. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good, the rooms warm and beds comfortable. Parking tends to be the cause of anxiety so, usually, once we have secured an onsite parking space, we don’t use the car and rely on public transport to get around. We were in room 13 this year and found storage space for clothing to be minimal. Also, I was unwell on this visit (nothing to do with the hotel) so we spent more time in the room than usual. We would have appreciated some seating in the room because of this.

We stayed for 2 nights at Cranleigh , from the minute we arrived the staff were very welcoming. The Hotel room was fantastic, had everything we needed.

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was a generous size with an excellent bed, and I appreciated the in-room touches—tea and coffee, a fridge, and a smart TV with iPlayer and Netflix. Parking spaces at the front were difficult to get, but the overflow car park at the neighbouring hotel is just a short walk away and worked well for me. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

Very friendly staff, comfortable, clean room and very convenience place within walking distance to restaurants and the lake. However, there are two things that need to improve 1) should have allocated parking for each room 2) we stayed in room #5 which is above the breakfast area the smell of burning toasts and burning smoke got into the room in the morning, should have better extractor fan in the kitchen area.

Great hotel with beautiful food. Very clean and staff were brilliant. Perfectly situated next to centre of town and close to lake. Only downsides were having to pay for parking because we booked away from their own site and room has no air con, just a very loud fan you can’t sleep with on. Also, very loud creaking of floor boards above our room every time someone moved.

Quiet property, attentive staff, within 3 min walk to the centre of Bowness. A great 2 night stay.

Lovely stay and wonderful staff.

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the standard rooms (all the other rooms were fully booked), the room was great & bed super comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel everyday which was delicious & there was a fantastic choice of different dishes. The staff were all super friendly & helpful & the hotel is located near to all the restaurants, bars & shops in the area. I would love to return one day & try one of the other rooms
