I'll start with communication: it wasn't awesome, but that could be because I'm disorganized, and didn't have service unless I had wifi (figured that issue out finally, whew), but I really wasn't sure of the check in instructions or where to park or anything upon arrival. It was confusing and stressful. But, once I got that all figured out and checked in, I couldn't have been happier. That area is fantastic; I've never stayed in an area with such great energy. I felt safe, there were stores, cafes, pastries, whatever was needed, on every block. Our two balconies overlooked the plaza complete with toddler playground (perfect for our 4 year old). 20 min walk to attractions or a three block walk to the metro which is easy to use. Overall, I will def be back to Barcelona and would be happy to stay at MH Apartments Gracia again.

Dans l’ensemble l’état de l’appartement était correct, l’emplacement est idéal avec le métro à 5 minutes à pied. Cependant, nous avons retrouvé à plusieurs reprises des insectes dans la salle de bain ce qui a fortement perturbé notre séjour. De plus, nous tenions à ajouter que le mobilier était assez vieillissant avec de la rouille visible sur le frigo par exemple. Ce sont des points à revoir afin d’améliorer l’expérience et le confort du client.

Our apartment was clean and very convenient too. We walked everywhere that we wanted to see. Sagrada Família was just a 20 minute walk. We loved it. I have no complaints but one. The apartment is above a busy street of nightlife. it was quite loud into the early morning hours. It would quiet down around 2:00 am. Communication could have been better. With that being said, we did enjoy the apartment very much and we would stay there again in the future.

MH Apartments is an incredible provider to stay with, especially if you need space for a family. The neighborhood in Gracia is amazing. It’s like something from a movie. Restaurants, bakeries, shops, grocery, and plenty of unique opens space plazas to visit, relax, and experience culture. My son met local kids who invited him to play soccer at a school a few metro stops away (oh yeah, this neighborhood has easy Metro access). Simply amazing. The beach is also a short Metro ride. Very sad to leave this neighborhood. Hope to be back again one day.

Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of many attractions. Awesome balconies. Nice kitchen and living room. Shower fixtures need updating. Toilet makes dripping noise. I wish the larger bedroom was a queen instead of two singles pushed together.

Small beds and a bit noisy with bars very close and thin walls. Very clean, good water pressure and easy check in. Like the package for dish cleaning and laundry.

Apartment in Barcelona is in an excellent location, Quite area , walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean, well equipped kitchen, and in a safe area for kids. We had what we needed for our 3 days stay for a party of 5. Check in procees a little confusing but manageable. We experienced a very scary moment with one of the kids due to a broken bathroom glass door, however the quick response from the host sending a staff member to assess the situation giving priority to our family well being and taking responsibility for the damages was a plus that left us very satisfied with the outcome. We appreciate the professionalism and how the issue was hadled and resolved. Good place to stay.

Very good location. Everything is greet about the stay except the shower temperature is a bit tricky to adjust.

Having arrived into Barcelona late we had really difficulties locating the property. We would have benefited from directions or a map showing us what it was near or next to. We rang the bell as instructed for quite sometime but no one answered us, thankfully another guest let us in so we could check-in using the machine. This was ok but very repetitive as we had been asked to check-in online prior which seemed like a pointless task. There were no welcome greatings inside the apartment, no instructions on how to use things, rules regarding rubbish etc just a sheet with email contact details and a map. The apartment was extremely dirty with, grease, mold and dust. We didnt feel like we could use the kitchen at all due to the dirt. There was dust on every surface and quite alot of it. This actually made me quite poorly due to allergies. The bathroom also wasnt clean, there was mould and rust everywhere. There was a hole in one of the doors too. I did contact for help with a broken light and heating. An engineer was sent to repair the light and apparently the heating too but this still didnt work. Without the heating working the apartment was very cold. The walls are paper thin, we could hear conversations in other apartments and every movement they made from flushing the toilet, running a bath/shower, pulling out chairs and walking around. The only positive was the great location. All in all, we did not enjoy our stay at all and communication with the hosts was difficult

Had some issues with luggage storage but they accommodated. Also the streets around this area were very noisy at night but the apartment had good insulation so the noise was very minimal. Overall was a good stay! They were great at getting us a taxi on the day of departure and changing it at the last minute when our flight changed suddenly. Would stay again :)

Logement très correct et très propre. Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour le quotidien. Emplacement excellent, facile de se déplacer en métro pour les visites et tous les commerces accessibles à pied (ÉPICERIE, boulangerie…).

We loved the Spacious apartment, well equipped, nice neighborhood. We had a little trouble with checkin (getting into the building), luckily the cleaning ladies were there opened the door for us; saw a group of people had same trouble a few days later when we went out, we let them in and explained the checkin procedures.

The apartment was in a good location, close to the Metro (Fontana and Juanic) and had all the amenities as listed. The grocery shops and local restaurants the plaza were all easily accessible. However, inside the apartment although things looked seemingly clean, the bidet had brown substance (very likely farces) smeared on it which was very surprising that cleaners missed it. It made me think they didn’t bother cleaning deeply between guests. Anyway, I emailed and they sent someone straight away, however even after showing the cleaning manager, it was still not cleaned properly. Expedia doesn’t let me attach photos with this review. The walls are not sound-proof at all, there were some very noisy guests living above us, very rowdy, lots of inappropriate noises and swearing, which made it an unpleasant family stay with young children. With this in mind, we would not choose to stay again or recommend it for families.
