Staff was friendly. Some trouble communicating needs with staff. Disappointed in kitchen utensils and that there wasn’t an oven. Saw a baby roach but that was somewhat expected being that Florida is a humid state. Comfort of beds was ok.

Loved my stay! Room eas super confortable and clean! Breakfast was great! I’ll totally stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stayed I liked the room a lot it was so spacious and clean the only think that was inconvenient was how loud the air conditioner was it made a lot of noise when it was on.

I enjoyed my stay everyone was nice breakfast was good the bed was so cozy and comfortable the shower was good I enjoyed my stay

I have no complaints, breakfast was good pool area good and room was clean.

Loved it.

There is a $25 fee per night to park your car. Not sure why bc there were plenty of open spots and parking is not scarce overall in this area. Hilton should consider adjusting parking fees at properties based on demand.

Eco-awareness only 3 Stars, because they produce tons of breakfast-waste. They use disposable tableware

When we got to the hotel a/c in the the room and living room wer not working properly in the morning I told the guy at the front desk and he told me I was lying because the a/c works I ask him to call the manager he told me he was the manager and he can not do anything about it
