We stayed at Casa Julia during the heat wave and the AC was a life saver. Has good breakfast options and staff was friendly and accommodating.

A really delightful hotel that was clean, well-placed, and very quiet, with its own private patio that you can hang out in 24 hours a day. Love this place.

Lovely and helpful staff, very friendly. Room I was in was clean and spacious, the only thing I struggled with was the pillows (they were too soft for me). In a quiet neighbourhood, about 20 minute walk to the train station, and 10 minutes to the centre, this was a great little find. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a city break in Delft. Barely 5 minutes walk from the Delft Blue Museum, and a very pleasant 15-20 minute stroll to the town centre. The Parkbee car park in Michiel de Ruyterweg was a little tricky to find as my SatNav became confused but a perfect location, just a very short walk from the hotel.

A bit of a tired establishment. Downstairs lively but rooms are certainly not up to scratch. The standard rooms are ridiculously small and the suite is a bit larger but still a below par bathroom with a shower curtain! All day coffe and tea and biscuits however was much appreciated. Very pleasant staff!

Everything was perfect, safe and clean! Very close to TU Delft, just 10 mins walk to the conference center and library. The only thing is that there is no staff in the evening, so it is better to check-in earlier!! I would live to stay at this place again for my next trip.

We had a lovely room right at the top of the hotel. Spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bedding of a good quality. The hotel had comfortable lounge and breakfast room, with good coffee on hand. Staff were very polite and helpful with a friendly manner. A great place to stay.

check-in 流程極差。check-in 使用線上，限制20點前要填資料繳費check-in 取得線上開門連結，不然就要提這行李罰站在大門口敲門沒人回、線上客服也不回應的狀態。線上checkin 還要填一堆資料跟信用卡付款稅。 早餐家庭式自助吧，補菜有點慢，該有的都有算豐富，基本上吃飽沒問題，口味ok，值不值得就見仁見智。 住宿就兩層樓沒有電梯，二樓要小扛行李，木地板晚上走路會比較大聲。 這次住豪華雙人房，房內住宿沒什麼大問題，浴室整潔。有些房型還有小沙發算大的。

Pleasant boutique hotel in quiet residential area. We arrived early and were welcomed and able to check in to our room early. Kettle in room and free access to hot drinks at all times very good to have!

Det var ett supermysigt hotellrum och vi trivdes verkligen! Dock uteblev städningen mellan första och andra natten, men vi klarade oss ändå!

Goede kamer met alle voorzieningen. Vrij klein maar alles aanwezig. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en veel gezonde opties aanwezig, hoewel vrij duur. Bij het uitchecken bleek dat ik geen ontbijt had geboekt en ik dit nog moest bij betalen. Dit was niet gezegd tijdens het inchecken of bij het doorgeven van kamernummer bij het ontbijt. Toen ik meldde bij het uitchecken dat het handig had geweest dat men mij bij het inchecken zou verwittigen dat er geen ontbijt inclusief was bij mijn boeking kreeg ik het korte antwoord "ja u weet toch wel wat u boekt"...

This hotel looks from the outside like a large residential house that needs a little upkeep. It’s in a purely residential area which is very quiet and safe, rather attractive, but there are no cafes or shops in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the centre of Delft old town in about 15 minutes. Inside the décor just looks a little tired and the carpets are stained and dirty in many places. There’s no lift and the stairs are steep. We had a deluxe room for two people which gave us a reasonable amount of space. The bathroom was very large and well equipped, though I would have preferred a walk-in shower to the weird triangular bath with shower heads in the wall above it. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a disgrace, like a floppy bag half filled with cotton wool balls. The bedroom has everything you need. The furnishings are neither especially attractive nor comfortable. There was a horrible ratty throw on the bed that I would not allow into my own home. The ikea-type wardrobe has a fridge inside it, which makes the wardrobe itself hot. When we first arrived I wondered if we had made a terrible mistake but it is actually ok as long as you don’t mind basic furniture and people having business meetings a couple of metres away from you when you’re having a quiet breakfast. Wifi weak at times. The place is very clean apart from the stained carpets, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are good. It’s fantastically handy for the Royal Delft Museum.
