Super clean room, airconditioning super efficient. Very comfortable beds, perfect size for our family.

Had 1 week in Brisbane and given the purpose of the trip was advised Spring Hill would be best- Trilogy was an absolutely fantastic place to call home for the week! Close to public transport, supermarket's, great coffee, post office and a couple of good pubs (all within 5 minute walk). Apartment was comfortable, had everything i needed to feel like home. Will be travelling to Brisbane a bit over next few years - Trilogy will be where I stay as often as possible

Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean. Pleasant staff.

Staff were excellent. Kitchen amenities as described - limited. Ok for a couple nights stay. General supplies, cleaning and bathroom products not adequate for length of stay and bed linen (quilt) needed a wash or at least to be covered.

Great 2 bedroom apartment for the price. We were on the 3rd floor with windows opening onto the street. Very noisy at night and very early morning. Apart from that very comfortable apartment, good beds, couch, big tv, well stocked kitchen.

The staff were fantastic — communication was prompt and professional throughout our stay. The location was also a major plus, with the main district just a short walk away. Our room was generally very clean, with fresh linens and towels that were well presented. The only downside was the presence of visible mildew or mold in the shower and around the AC ductwork, which did affect our overall impression. That said, we’ve noticed this seems to be a fairly common issue in many Brisbane buildings, including bars, restaurants and even the airport.

For people arriving there for the first time, it is difficult to get served because their reception area/office is locked 24/7. Once you check in, you have the key to open, but it can be challenging to access the receptionist if you have just arrived. It appears that cleaning occurs after you vacate the apartment, not while you are there. There is no communication, either through a brochure or notice, regarding the services they provide, such as whether toiletries, towels, and linens are changed on a daily, weekly, or not at all.

I think overall I'd stay here again. It was mostly quiet and good value however the apartment was a little dated and needed a good clean (the floors). Highlight was Llandella on reception who sorted out our later than planned arrival and went over and above by booking us a few taxis. Location good and safe.

Dated but well equiped, cleanliness was ok but there is an ant problem.

Our first room, had a problem, but we were able to move to another room without any problem. The staff very helpful and courteous. The room was nice and comfortable.

Apartment location and floor level etc was excellent. However, It needed a big clean as there were marks still on fridge, cupboards, splash backs, walls, couch etc. Dust and build up throughout apartment. Spiders and spider webs etc. I ended.up.buying cleaning gear and gave the areas we used a good clean.

This is in a good location in the CBD. However, it is very minimalistic in terms of amenities. The carpet was wrinkled everywhere, causing a possible trip hazard. The curtains were falling off their rods in the living area and bedroom. The bathroom had very poor lighting. The kitchen did not provide a coffee press or a Kuerig-type coffee maker. Air conditioner was in good working condition. We probably would not choose to stay here again.
