Spent a wonderful evening with Hotel Lotus! Everything made for a great experience. Owner is very involved and very helpful. Very personal touch to make for a most enjoyable stay!

Maria and the staff were so sweet! Included breakfast was very nice and they were just so attentive and helpful! We had a room on the 1st floor which are smaller but larger are available higher floors- clean comfortable. Tek Fyrri Maria!

Extremely disappointed in this hotel. We cancelled our reservation and apparently they ignored the message charged me. The hotel sent us instructions for how to get in at two in the morning. Horrible communication and a horrible experience.

The staff is extremely kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. The property is very cozy, safe, and clean. I'd highly suggest this hotel if you're staying in Reykjavik.

We recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. However, I was often woken up by noise from other guests during the night. The room felt a bit small, especially with two large suitcases and hand luggage — there wasn’t much space to move around. We also found there weren’t enough options to dry our clothes after a day out. Overall, a decent stay, but with some room for improvement.

The Hotel Lotus is a great hotel and has a modern feel. This was our 2nd time staying at Hotel Lotus. At the beginning of our trip to Iceland we spoke with the Owner of the hotel and told her we were coming back at the end of our trip and how we really liked the accommodations and location. The Owner had upgraded our rooms for our return which was really nice. Unfortunately, we had to return early from our tour because of the bad weather, but it was really nice having the upgraded room for our now two day stay. We highly recommend this Hotel, the staff and the owner were wonderful, the rooms were great especially the heated bathroom floor, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast selections were good.

Hotel Lotus is a wonderful hotel. Its modern updated style is nice and the room and beds are very comfortable. It has a nice selection of breakfast foods and is location within walking distance of downtown Reykjavik. We chatted with the owner and she was very nice. She provided recommendations of things to do and see.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Start und das Ende unsere Rundreise hier verbracht. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums. Das fanden wir super. So war man schnell bei verschiedenen Attraktionen die manchmal ausserhalb von Reykjavik liegen. Parkplätze hat es genug direkt vor dem Eingang und diese sind kostenlos. Es hat kein Spa ist aber stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

In Summe alles ok, wie es jedoch zu 4 Sternen kommt erschliesst sich mir nicht, Einzelzimmer sehr klein, Frühstück OK aber nicht die mega Auswahl, keine echte Rezeption wie man sie typischerweise aus Hotels kennt sondern die Damen sitzen in einem Kabuff und man klingelt nach ihnen, muss ich nicht nochmal macheb
