房間偏老舊，爐具需要用火柴點燃煤氣，但其他方面可以。附近治安一般。進入酒店需先經過兩道密碼閘/門，再用磁卡開門。前台職員有善，雖然英語一般，但盡力協助。

Property very clean, room comfortably slept 3 adults. Toilet was unable to flush bathroom tissue, a fact that was noted on at least 3 permanent signs in the bathroom— but not in the Expedia write up.

Very convenient for the Eurostar terminal. This area of Brussels is not the greatest but triple security getting into the block made it feel secure. Room was nice and convenient and could accommodate more than just the 2 of us. Very friendly welcome and as it is an apartment we worried a bit about an esrly checkout but it wasnt a problem. We really used it for a short stopover and an early start so didnt use all the facilities. Would come back again.

Sterk røykelukt i leiligheten vi hadde leid. Ikke behagelig. Resepsjonen var hjelpsomme, men snakket dårlig engelsk. Fikk oppbevare koffertene det etter utsjekking. Stort pluss.

The owner is very nice. The room is so clean and big and we did not expect that we have kitchenette and of course the beautiful view we have when looking at the window. We will definitely go back again and recommend to our friends. And the best thing, so close to brussels midi/zuid train station.

I feel not safe area

Mysig lägenhet med det man behöver över en helg. Trevlig personal. Tryggt boende med kodlås och tagg. Liten hiss och smal spiraltrapp. Nära tåg och buss. Gångavstånd till allt.

L’alloggio è ben dotato, pulito e confortevole. Il centro si raggiunge a piedi in 20 minuti. Il gestore è molto gentile.

Excellent apartment, very close to Midi station

The property was spacious, although being so close to the train station made it feel somewhat unsafe with some questionable characters approaching us outside the station. We had to be buzzed into the building to get to reception, and really had no idea where to go, until someone spoke to us in the stairs, so we followed the sound if the voice. The one key for our room also let us in to 2 doors to get there, so makes one question whether our room key was unique or not. Anyway, very friendly staff and we had a great sleep.

Nice unit. My family was very impressed.

The good: Hotel staff was very helpful (they called and arranged taxis), the unit had ample space and clean. Be prepared to speak French, Spanish, or possibly German with the staff (otherwise use Google translate). Security within the hotel/unit is very good. The bad: Stepping out of Midi station, the surrounding area is extremely sketchy. I did not feel safe walking around the Midi area and almost preferred to take a taxi directly from the hotel to Central station area or airport. If you are a tourist recommend staying closer to Bruxelles-Central or Manneken Pis area to enjoy the historic area. Brussels charges a tourist tax, for 2 people it was ~$45Euro. Tip: Taxi fare from Brussels airport to this hotel = $42Euro or you can use Uber (fare fluctuates based off time of day). We used the bus from airport + metro for our initial arrival.

Good ppl clean rome

リーズナブルなアパート。南駅から近く隣国の旅には便利。市内へは地下鉄で数駅。南駅で移民が多く安全な感じはしないため夜遅くは注意がいると思う(女性の一人旅には不向きかな)。近くに美味しいバーがあり2回ほど夜遅くに通ったが迷わず速歩で。二軒ほど綺麗なバーとレストランがある。アパートなのでチェックインタイムに制約、これが一番痛いかな。メールでのコミュニケーションは全くできないと思った方がよい(返信は一度もない)。タオルは言ったら交換してくれた。英語は殆ど通じないが、頑張って身振りやらでコミュニケーションはしてくれる。部屋はちゃんとしていて不満はない。ミニキッチンや大きな冷蔵庫はある。

Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, it’s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well.

The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning.

Smuk og lækker lejlighed med god beliggenhed. Meget tæt på den største togstation i Bruxelles (MIDI) Dejlig lille balkon med planter og en enkel stol. Lækre gratis sæber, shampoo og bodywash. Venligt personale, som var behjælpelig med opmagasinering af kufferter før indcheckning.

Huoneiston huoneratkaisu toimiva, koska olohuone ja makuuhuone ovat erillisiä huoneita (osa matkaseurueesta voi valvoa pidempään halutessaan). Hotellilla on hyvä sijainti, sillä paikan lähellä on suuri juna-asema, josta pääsee nopeasti junalla muun muassa Waterloohon. Hotellin siisteys on hyvä sekä talossa on myös hissi. Kaupunginosa, jossa hotelli sijaitsee voi tuntua hieman karulta, mutta me emme tunteneet oloamme turvattomaksi. Hotellin muutamat pienet heikkoudet eivät olleet meille suuri ongelma, joskin toivottavasti hotellissa osattaisiin jatkossa asteen verran paremmin englantia sekä käytössämme olleen huoneen wifi korjattaisiin. Muiden huoneiden wifit kyllä näkyivät iPadin verkkovalinnassa, mutta oman huoneemme nimellä olevaa ei. Pienenä lisähuomiona nostaisin sen, että valaistuksessa voisi käyttää lämpimämpää valon väriä, sillä valkoinen ledi särähtää omaan silmään huoneistossa. Tämä on toimiva ratkaisu Brysseliin tutustumiseen, ja tuplaparveke oli kiva lisä huoneessamme.
