Nice small hotel. Great pools. Beautiful area. Pretty decent food. Very nice staff. The infrastructure in room was a bit disgusting, especially the wooden floor in the shower. I had a jacuzzi in room but it was boarded and locked… They had no idea what the vip perks were. Even after 4 explanations, I got nothing. Not a meal discount, not a late check out. Absolutely nothing. There was a dude there with his friend who fancied himself a great singer. So he would play songs loudly by the pool, and suddenly break out into LOUD song himself. I took it with humor but then he had an argument with his friend at 3 am, right outside my thin glass door. After a half an hour I had to tell him to keep it down. Didn’t sleep until ten am that night/day. I would have picked the 5-10 plastic bottles and buckets off the beach, and dug a small path through the sargasso, especially on the couple of days there was none in the water. The moon and stars over sea were gorgeous.

Great private spot love it

In summary no hesitation to return to this hotel. Beautiful ocean views in a nice quiet get away from the larger party resorts. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! As clearly mentioned the beach out front is not ideal for swimming but 10 to 20 min walk along beach you get to a beautiful calm bay. Main recommendations is to rent a car if you plan to site see as the taxis can be expensive if performing frequent trips (road can be rough so be careful) and if you want to save a bit of money on drinks buy some while in town to bring back to the hotel but they do make some great cocktails!

El servicio fue pésimo. El encargado me dijo que era un hotel barato y que estaba recibiendo lo que pagaba. Las sábanas estaban sucias, me ofrecieron otro cuarto, pero me advirtieron que las sábanas estaban en las mismas condiciones y que tendría que esperar hasta el día siguiente a que llegara el personal de intendencia. El agua de la alberca estaba verde, había heces en la ventana y cucarachas en el piso. El tanque del baño no llenaba correctamente, pero el encargado insistió en que era “normal”; al final, lo revisaron y efectivamente tenía una falla. Por la noche, no hay servicio de limpieza ni mantenimiento, solo hay un empleado con muy malos modos atendiendo el lugar. Debido al pésimo servicio al cliente y las malas condiciones del hotel, decidí cambiarme al día siguiente. Pedí un reembolso, pero me dijeron que no hacían reembolsos. Lo único positivo fue que nos consiguieron transporte del aeropuerto al hotel.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Gave great advice on local places to visit. The ocean views from our balcony were beautiful. Perfect sunset views.

The staff was not very helpful, I was expecting something completely different than what we expected. The staff forgot to decorate our rooms after we asked 2 months in advance and everything was unorganized. I paid for the breakfast and was only able to use it one day because the waiter took 2 hours to put in our food and we waited all morning to eat. Hotel definitely needs TLC!

Great service

It is a great property by the beach. But the road to get to the property is horrible!

My room door did not lock. The back sliding door did not lock either. I was staying alone and when I asked the front desk if they could fix this, they said “don’t worry it’s safe here. We can see if we can fix it tomorrow.” The doors never got fixed and I pushed furniture infront of the entrances and exit so that I could fall asleep somewhat comfortable. We also were supposed to get 2 free bottles of water in our room daily, this did not happen. I would ask at the front desk if they could bring them and it was always uncomfortable and they would question you before finally giving water. There was also a used bandaid in the sheets the first night. When they came back to clean the room, the bandaid was still there just on the floor…

I would say the hospitality of the staff was great- very friendly and helpful, excellent casual food and bar... It's an off the beat beautiful coastal area of Tulum - probably would rent a car next time for flexibility to get around..

Le personnel est très sympas, le restaurant très bon. La plage est composée de cailloux. Le centre ville est loin.
