I didn’t know that staff wasnt available when I checked in around 1030pm. Had to call someone who called staff. Other than that check in went well. The guy was really nice and professional.

It was fine for a quick stop and early departure. Website claimed breakfast was available, and that was not true. No staff at from during late check in, and no staff anywhere during checkout around 8am. Hallways smelled like smoke.

When we arrived, at 7 pm, the office was closed and a sign said to call for assistance from their phone. The phone was broken but there was another number listed to call from your cell phone. A woman arrived about 10 minutes later and lifted the window about 6 inches, saying that it was broken. When we arrived at our room, there were scuff marks, something on the sink that came off when I scrubbed it (?), dust in the corners, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and weed.

No soap or towels, bedside lamp doesn’t work Would not recommend.

Easy stay, many places to shop and eat nearby

There was nobody at the front desk in the morning, no coffe or grab and go breakfast as advertised. On of the beds had bloody matres cover. No handsoap Shady characters staying and around the building. I travel to Cranberry 1 day per week. Ill never stay there again.

Only drawback was the front desk didn't open until 9AM. Left at 8 AM!! They did email my receipt

I checked in late, around 10pm. There’s signs to use the phone in the lobby, that phone didn’t work. Called the hotel then waited 25 mins for the person working night to get to the front desk. I get to the room and it doesn’t look like it was cleaned, dead bugs everywhere and a cockroach ran across the bed. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. There was food left in the fridge also. This is either their level of clean or this room wasn’t ready to have a guest in it but they put someone in anyways. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Nobody works the front desk and is available for check in unless you go during normal business hours. Terribly under staffed, do not stay here

There was gum all over one of the pillows, and hair in the bed

It was good for a single night of sleep. But there was mold in the bathroom. The showerhead was full of calcium causing the pressure to be very low. I could hear my neighbors talking and snoring (which is to no fault of the staff). There were no linens for the pullout sofa. Internet was extremely slow and cutting out.

We chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette, but found it also has NO kitchen supplies unless you purchase them. $40 for a cooking kit and $20 for plate and utensils. Lobby is clean and tidy, but once through the doors headed to elevator, its a different story. Definitely do not adhere to a no smoking policy, and it isnt cigarettes. Got to the room, it was okay-ish but found it did not lock at all so had to go down and get another room. Desk associates were very accomodating and apologetic. New room was much, much better...cleaner, better smelling and it locked. Its a place to sleep. I guess some folks live there...someone was deep frying fish one night and it reeked to high heavens. Its also older and needs sound proofing in a big way. The motion sensing overhead lights sucked. Bed was comfy but bring a blanket from home. The ones there are Temu thin.

Wish it would have had a coffee pot in the rooms, or somewhere to get coffee at the hotel!

People were in the hall talking and making noise most of the night. Room down the hall flooded and they brought out the noisy carpet cleaner and dryers for several hours around 2:00 a.m.

It’s was far, but not my top pick and we take trips once a month
