The hotel said they cannot receive payment from Expedia. We showed our receipt but they still requesting us to pay despite of our completed payment to Expedia. We request you to contact the hotel and inform about this problem.

Room size is falsely advertised. Room size was advertised 829sq ft but the room itself wasn't more than 300 sq ft. I have stayed in this hotel few times in the past and decided to get Business room with king size bed and price was almost double than a standard room. This was extreme disappointment and they used false marketing to have guest pay for more without giving them what they paid.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Hotel Multan. The service was excellent, with staff always friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The food quality was amazing with a great variety at breakfast. The location is very convenient, and overall, it was a perfect experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Multan .

The Ramada Multan was wonderful! The staff was very courteous, professional, and paid attention to the details. From the airport shuttle service, to dining, they did a fantastic job! The food was delicious and the wait staff was on point! I'm from the US and I felt welcomed.

We had an exceptional stay in the wonderful city of Multan, thanks to the amazing staff who took great care of my family and me. Our every need was met with exceptional service. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider extending breakfast hours to accommodate guests from different time zones.

Great stay. Probably the best hotel in Multan. Staff is courteous and very attentive. Two gyms. Outdoor gym is old and needs to be updated. Indoor gym is ok. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

As per Multan standard, it was good but for someone comparing with US then it was below average in cleaning and condition of the room. Breakfast buffet was the best thing of this hotel. Service was good and they have same employees for years. Although, they do need to have a proper communication when message is left at the front desk. Room cleanliness needs some attention. Sewer odor in washroom. Washroom needed repairs and updates.

The facility is really very well kept. The staff is very professional, they remember name of the guests and call with their last name. Extremely pleasant experience!
