Excellent stay for a quick beach vacation. The staff was very helpful, the gulf cart shuttle to the beach was great.

Elevator broke down several times...our room was on the 6th floor...fortunately we spent all day at the beach but it was a hassle going back up with our kids...breakfast and rooms were good.

Revisen la habitación y sobre todo las sábanas y toallas al entrar. Pidan siempre nuevas porque no las cambian. Estén al tanto de los 35 dólares diarios por el parqueo. Si se van a quedar dentro de la isla, no lo necesitan pueden ir a todos los sitios caminando entre 10 a 20 minutos, pedir que los adelanten en el golf car. No está en la playa pero en el camino tiene una pizzería y son solo 100 metros caminando. El desayuno es excelente y el front desk es muy amable. De momento funciona solo 1 elevador

Loved how easy it was to walk the strip from the hotel, and it was far enough from the crowd at night for relaxation

Good location, excellent staff, clean rooms. Only downside I had with this hotel is there is only valet parking, when there is a parking garage on site. Valet is nice though since they can take you anywhere within a half mile of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is exactly what you would expect. Scrambled eggs, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, sausage, juices.

Very nice hotel

The staff were very attentive, and very nice. The only thing that I could find wrong, was the morning breakfast only had Bold coffee, and no Morning blend or something that wasn't so strong. We really enjoyed our stay here, and wiil return, the beach in this area, was not over crowded.

Our room on 6 th floor was very nice. Pool small but ok for the size hotel. Not enough chairs by pool. I’m my opinion. Had issues at checkin . Our room was not ready upon arrival at 4:15 pm . We requested a roll In Shower room and was told that they were still waiting for room to be prepped. We were still waiting at 5:15 pm. We decided after a long drive that we just wanted to get to room and told them we want a non roll in shower room if that was available. We were finally checked in at 5;23pm. For our trouble FD allowed us to take two drinks from the to go area. 1 water, 1 Gatorade Daily Brrakfast was pretty good. We got there right at 7:00 am and was able to have guest pick Hahha. Waffles we made were wonderful

Very nice stay.

Our room was clean and neat. Parking took too long. (not enough staff?) Upon returning home, I had bed bug bites. Below is one photo. I had a total of 9 bites. So, I was very disappointed. I spent a lot of money for our stay.

Everything was really pleasant. Five minute walk to beach. Shuttle will take you anywhere withen a half mile. Only thing is I missed the part about valley parking only, so it's an added charge on top of stay.
