I took the room with halfboard package...dinner was awsome with lot variety of food and cakes...breakfast was ok...the swimming poll was large with beautifull scenery surround it..recomended.hotel

Speaktacular see view and being on the cliff top but still accessing to the sea was a nice experience! Hotel is very clean. Good size pool for a family with a kid. It would have been excellent if they had more things for kids but a good size pool and a water slide keep the kids entertained for hours. Food is delicious. I found out vegetarian or plenty of selection for different dietary requirements. Overall it was very good experience.

The lift in hotel is painful. U have to wait alot to get the lift and very less people can use the lift.

The Hotel from the outside very much stands out. Interior and design is also very nice.

Didn’t like the food

bathroom outdated, food awful, people shouting being noisy. staff grumpy after asking for more than 2 drinks. turn the bar off early.

Trevligt, Plus: Mycket bra utbud i restaurangen för att vara All-Inc, Mycket trevlig personal, Bra rum. Minus: Hissen till Havet funkade sådär, Hissarna i huset behöver en uppdatering av programvaran, otroligt långsamma och osynkade. Kl 11, Mån & Fre är det Skumparty i 30min, musiken spräckrt trumhinnor och ingen verkade road. Skumparty passar nog bättre på kvällen... +++ Ali o Natalie i poolbaren!!

Chambre spacieuse, literie très confortable et propreté irréprochable. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Un vrai plaisir après une journée bien remplie !

From check in to check out everything was smooth, personally i would say it is a luxury five star resort however it was a pleasant stay for us and we will be back. We booked an extra day with city view and they allowed us to stay in our sea view room. Mini bar only has water, maybe they can consider adding soft drinks but not an issue as soft drinks are available in the bar downstairs. Staff helpful and overall a very nice holiday

Better than expected and the staff is very nice, everyone of them. This is an all inclusive hotel and well worth the money. The hotel is a bit old and would benefit from an upgrade but it is clean and has the comfort needed anyhow. We would definitely consider to stay here again. Location is great and had easy access to the city, shopping and a variety of restaurants etc.
