O quarto do hotel é excelente, o chuveiro, as camas, a vista pra praça do teatro e a simpatia dos atendentes também nos surpreenderam por ser um hotel duas estrelas. A única dificuldade é que não tem elevadores, então como estávamos com nossos pais que são idosos e malas isso foi um desconforto. Mas, principalmente no checkout o atendente nos ajudou descendo as malas.

Was a pressure to stay here room was clean, good size bathroom, really comfy bed, in a good location, staff where friendly and well coming, there is alot of stairs so if you don't mind that I would recommend the stay, I will be staying here again for sure.

Booked the room with the view. It was beautiful. Thank you to the reception people who were all lovely, friendly and helpful.

Great staff, location, and clean rooms

The hotel is 3 floors above the ground so you will need to bring your luggage up. It is a very very basic hotel that is very outdated. However, it was clean, reception staff was very nice and helpful. Good quality for the money. But if there is price comparable hotel with normall ground floor checkin on the street go for another one. I was a mom with two girls and the entrance os on the side street with 3 flights of stairs so not very safe and convienient.

Bien situé mais réception à l'étage Confort de la chambre médiocre (WC minuscule, douche avec rideau !) Petit déjeuner dans un espace réduit et de qualité médiocre

A clean warm room in an ideal location at a budget price. I am shocked how, given you cannot read anything about this hotel without knowing there is no lift, people still complain. The hotel is on the third floor, the steps are shallow and the friendly staff will carry your bags. We are in our 80s but the lack of a lift certainly didn’t spoil our stay We would go back

The photos are not accurate. The walk up covers holes and the floors are very uneven. I have video and photos of a dirty shower and floors in our room. The handout for WiFi info is a list of hopeful log ins. I told the receptionist we wanted to checkout due to these issues and Expedia called directly to the hotel. When trying to contact the owner, Mr. Sterckx, as I was told, relayed through the receptionist that there would be no refund for the 2 remaining days. He promised a call to me directly which didn’t happen. I understand the no cancellation rule but not providing clean and safe environments isn’t a fair deal.

L’hotel est tres bien placé dans le centre de Lyon tout en étant dans une rue calme. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et l’équipe est à l’écoute pour vous satisfaire.

Great value with friendly staff.

Situé dans un vieux bâtiment, les chambres sont atypiques. Les sols en parquets ne sont pas tous droit et un peu bruyants. Les lit sont confortables

Rude staff.

Chambre étroite, avec vieux plancher pas droit, l'impression d'avoir réservé une chambre dans un ferry. Sous le lit pas propre. On entend tout de la chambre voisine. De bons commerces à proximité.

Había un cuchillo en mi habitación 😂😂😂 y el jabón de la ducha es horrible (en especial para el pelo) 😭😭😭. De resto, todo perfecto!

リヨンの街歩きがよかったので、結果オーライであるが、ホテルは、エントランスホールはなく、裏通りから入る小さなドアがあり、おまけにエレベーターが無い。その点を除いたら、静かで、テアトル(劇場)の近くにあり、眼下には公園もあり、観光名所はすぐ近くにあり、リヨンの旅としてはすごく好印象を持てた。
