Hotel is near to train station which is easier for traveler. Breakfast is good with so many options. The AC in the hotel doesn't work that we opened the window.

On the page it says that there is parking available for ¥500, but when you get to the hotel there aren't any signs telling you were to park. I ended up having to park in a random paid lot a couple blocks away from the hotel. When you take the escalator up to the lobby it appears that the hotel is pretty nice. On check in the gentleman asked if I had a car and to put down my plate to pay. He then showed me a map of where to park, it was already too late for that. Once you take the elevator to the floors with the rooms it looks pretty aged and could use some updates. The room was on the smaller side and was clean. The bed was very firm with a single small and extremely flat pillow. Would I stay here again? Probably not, I don't think I received enough value for the amount that it cost to stay here, as it was pretty expensive.

チェックインの際に、レディス限定フロアの禁煙に空きがあるとの事で、変更のご提案をいただきました。アメニティの充実、価格変更が必要ない事なども説明してくださいました。 コロナで大変な中、お心遣い、お部屋の清潔感に感謝です。また泊まりたいなって思いました。

This hotel is located about 15 minutes on foot from the JR Station. It's a three-minute walk from another station of another line. It's in a very good location for sightseeing in this town. This hotel is relatively old. It does not have a public bath but they provide a good breakfast. The room is quite small but they offer free wifi.

スタッフ一人一人が丁寧でした。また、街へのアクセスがよく便利でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

飯店乾淨、空間大小尚可，距離車站有些距離，但剛好在弘前睡魔祭的路線上。

とっても良いホテルだと感じました！ なんと言っても朝食が美味しかったです。 ベットも寝やすくてゆっくり出来ました! 強いて言えば歯ブラシが硬すぎて歯茎を痛めてしまったのでもう少し柔らかいと良いかなぁ〜と思いました(^^) また利用したいです‼︎

朝食バイキングがとても良かった。メニューが豊富な上に青森ならではの工夫があり、3日間滞在しても飽きることがなかった。特にスタッフがすばらしい。こまめに気を配って、料理も十分補充できていて、配膳台周囲が汁こぼれなど無くとてもきれいで気持ちよく利用できた。 フロントで無料配布している入浴剤も嬉しかった。 場所は駅からは徒歩10分と少し遠いが、観光ポイントに近く、買い物や食事処も充実している。

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Einrichtungen des Hotels sind ok, Verkehrsanbindungen und Lage zum Bahnhof ist gut.

煙店有煙味

風呂の浴槽の汚れが一寸気になりました。そして窓からの景色が一寸残念でしたが昔通学路に近く、遠くに見える五重塔の向こうに建つ母校を思いだし、懐かしさで心は和みました。 有難うございました。

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。

施設環境としては、可もなく不可もなく、といったところ。スタッフの対応が良く、宿泊費が安いので、コスパが高いと思います。

部屋等は極普通でしたが兎に角朝食が美味しかったです。(´ω`)
