So close to the beach

This is NOT a resort! The room was so dirty that we had to go buy our own cleaning supplies to become comfortable in the room. Do NOT be fooled by the advertised pictures as everything is out-dated. This was like staying at a Motel 6...

Staff was awesome but hard to look around rooms covered in sand all over the floor once I got there. Beds were not very comfortable

We came down for a quick beach trip. Our room was clean, Updated, and comfortable. It was so relaxing by the pool and ocean. Tiki bar was great. It was within walking distance to great restaurants. We will definitely book here again.

I will never stay here again. First it had no stairs, we went to the room the sink was stopped up. After the maintenance person repaired the sink and the toilet I went to wash my hands and face. Not going to happens the water started pouring on the floor because the pipe under the sink was not reconnected so the water was just running out into the cabinet onto the floor. I attempted to call the front desk they turned the room phone off so I had to use my cell phone to get the maintenance person back to complete the repairs. Might I add he came back after midnight to fix the problem. We had a walk out to the beach room, note the grass was so unkept and the umbrellas provided for beach use are so filthy. Parking was even worse because if you got in after 10pm no parking available. When you drive around four times security runs out and says park across the street. As you look down the beach you will notice all the other resorts had beautiful kept lawn and the much better service provided for the beach. Now the reason I gave 1 start is the bartender is the bomb, if I could give Kelly 5stars and the motel 1 start I would. Do your research before going to this resort.

Place was great ,great location, right on beach and very clean. Only thing is no elevator. Byt other than that everything was great.

Room wasn’t ready for a few hours after promise. Service was horrible, front desk even warned me before heading to the room of “staff not being the best since Trump was elected”.

Would stay again. Tiki bar was a nice touch and food was great. I booked off of expedia and when checking into the hotel they charged us 275 which the 200 came back. This wasnt in the description or stated anywhere. Which just lost them out because we would have definitely spent it at the bar if we had it but thats okay.

Its an older property and fridge was a little stubborn. Overall the employees went above and were great. Location is excellent we did not need car entire stay. Resteraunts are right next door and you can walk to shop. We had a great time with no complaints. Gave a 4 due to having to take so many steps and no means other than carrying to get luggage to ocean front.

Decent place if you’re planning to just sleep there and spend your time elsewhere. Walked into the room around 2am and there was a huge cockroach on the floor so was worried about other bugs. Great beach views and perfect beach access with rentable chairs and umbrellas on the beach. If you need a cheap place on the beach, it’s good for that.

Will never stay there again. Dirty, screaming kids, couldn’t get early check in or late either and had to be out at 10am, no place to hang towels not one hook. Learned my lesson and it’s have to pay a little more for a decent place to stay

The bedding could use an upgrade there was a burn hole in the blanket and some stains also. They should put bigger trash cans in the room and more towels.

Once receiving keys. My room wasn’t cleaned throughly Hair in bathroom on the floor and in the shower. Sand and dust and dirt on floors and on the furniture and countertops.

The view from the room is very nice, have a good access to the beach, the room was clean but need a small renovation, the water in the bathtub took a long time to drain, the toilet handle was loose and the TV didn’t have much signal.

First off, I don't even think the room was finished? Its felt very open and big, and whoever took the photos did an incredible job. ok. Walk in, smallest bathroom, and the kitchenette only the refrigerator for the kitchenette is right on the other side of the wall bocking the bed 1 from being able to see the TV. The dinning room table. Its a very large, very high table. Seriously I was not ever able to get up on one of its horse sized tables. Then there is the fact that if you do managed to get into a chair, you are not getting close to putting your legs proper at the table. Maybe if you allowed the table and chairs combined to sheer of all you lower abdominal hip, and legs to be forcefully being played and cut from your body. The beds were adequate. There was some mystery substance in the since. My husband got it fixed and cleaned. Honestly, we didn't want to stay there after even getting to the hostess. The rudest, non English speaker in Americas Hotels/motels system. PLEASE, if you are going to have someone work the front desk at a beach vacation town, have them speak fluent. You're pissin people off.

Absolutely the most dirty hotel. Kelly the bartender is amazing though — makes the best margs on the island!

This was very disappointing!! Was there 2 nights/ 3 days for my nephew’s graduation! Apparently the rooms are being renovated, but was not disclosed on website. Had to call front desk numerous times for services, curtains not attached properly for privacy( could see straight into room) no housekeeping clean up, I had sweep my own room for because floor was dirty with sand and hair. Not a good experience!!
