The staff was fantastic and this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in in Alaska.

My room was very quiet and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but I loved it. There were a few things that got missed when cleaning, but I doubt it would happen twice. The pool and hot tub were glorious.

The security of the property shouldn’t be checking people in at night that isn’t his job.

The staff were really friendly. Easy check in. Rooms Were clean and comfy.

We have stayed many times. The television sound would benefit from a sound bar. The built in speakers distort when volume is increased. No pool or hot tub!🙁

It was a nice stay but the pool and hot tub were out of order the entire time of our stay. I would have enjoyed the hot tub and pool if it was open.

Comfortable hotel, but very sad to see that the pool was closed while we were there. It was a huge reason we chose this hotel.

We have been staying here for 3-years and have never been able to use their pool. Don't count on it. They don't have a morning breakfast of any kind.

We stayed at the Aspen Hotel in Soldotna primarily because it advertised a pool, which was a big deal for our family—especially our child. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found out the pool was not operable. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since the hotel’s website did not mention it was out of service. It led to a very upset kid, and we likely would have chosen a different place if we had known in advance. That said, the rest of the stay was fine. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. Staff were friendly, and the location is convenient. Just be sure to call ahead and confirm amenities before booking.

I researched which hotel to stay at by which one had a hot tub and pool. According to the website they had a hot tub in pool so I booked my trip I get there and they said they no longer have been offering the pool and the hot tub. So why is it on the website the first place. Extremely disappointed it really pissed me off.

The pool was closed with no notification. The room was clean enough but a bit dingy. Kids were tearing up and down the hallway yelling until midnight. It was an ok stay but I’m not impressed. Equal to a Super 8.

Sink in the bathroom didn’t work but I was there for a turn and burn so less annoyed. Children running through the halls at 9:45pm screaming at the top of their lungs took a damper on things.

Property was clean and staff was very kind. I had forgot something in the room and then held it for me until I could come back and get it. Would definitely stay again.

The pool is always closed every time I come here. They say they don’t have but one person who can control the chemicals. Why advertise having a pool then?

Paid for the room online after a long night in the ER. The security guard refused to let us into the property. Claimed it was because we did the reservation through a third party. Frankly I think he was offsite and too lazy to one down and let us check in.

It was very quiet and relaxing

Convenient location, comfortable bed, quiet area.

Quiet, clean rooms for extended stay or just a night or two! This one is amazingly quiet. Everyone was so kind.

The room had a weird layout, like it used to be a kitchenette or something. It had a tiny little desk, which made it virtually impossible to get any work on the laptop done, and who would want to with the cheap, uncomfortable little cafe' style chairs that were in there. Also, the front desk closes and is gated off at 11 pm.
