Very quiet & clean

Very easy check in

Bathroom light not working, suite only had 1chair, no sofa, fire hazard. Exit door not working.Spider webs in corners.Very disappointed Holiday inn use to be top quality.

Quiet area and the staff is very very friendly and helpful. Some of the furniture is outdated and worn-out but overall its cool.

Very clean& comfortable

The Holiday Inn Express is probably one of the highlights of the area. That being said the room was overall mostly clean. I could tell there were small touches - detailing aspects - that weren't being done. Also the TV in our room as well as one of the main TVs in the dining area had issues with the picture. The entire right half of our room TV was darker than the left half. When I inevitably have to go back to Columbus, I'd definitely consider staying here again, although I might check the other 2 hotels nearby to see if either are a noticeable improvement. I doubt beyond the 3 in this area, any other lodging in town would be up to the same comfort level.

It was hard staying in a hotel in Columbus since I used to live here but the staff here were super friendly and everything was perfect!

Came for the breakfast being a vegan they always have fruit and toast or pancakes, none of that was available. Our room was musty and had hair in the bathroom shower floor.

Booked two rooms and both had a disgusting musty smell. Other family members staying at this location mentioned having the same issue. Receptionists were friendly.

Good stay

Staff was nice but room was filthy. Mode/mildew in bathroom, stinky as soon as you walked in the room, dirty carpet, dusty, food left in microwave, hair everywhere.

After 5 minutes of my daughter walking barefoot around the room, her feet were filthy dirty from the floors not being cleaned properly. She had just taken a shower.

Clean and comfortable room very spacious no problems

The Hotel property was very clean. The 2-day stay was enjoyable. I will reserve again in the future.

The property is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I liked the quietness at night and the friendly staff.

The bed in my room had a mattress with a large indentation. Made it impossible to sleep. I brought it to the attention of the manager. She got us another room for the second night. She did not offer to reduce our price on the first night. I was unable to sleep, which is what I paid for.

Quite great customer service

The sweet lady at the front desk went above and beyond for us! She was so awesome! The room was clean and comfortable! 10/10 recommend!
