Lovely property. So great being in the zone of activity, dining, and things to do. Staff were great at check in. Bar and pattiio were excellent too.

Nothing unique.

Super séjour. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour toutes les demandes. L’hôtel est magnifique et avec des nombreuses œuvres. La piscine sur le toit est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les principaux monuments de la ville.

The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!

Lively located at central Placa Cort: Enjoy first one of the most warm welcomes I have ever experience (thank you, Kathi, Tom, Emma and all others for your authentic Empathie and kindness). Second, enjoy a thoroughly prepared welcome drink on the outside terrace with view on an historical olive tree… Third enjoy your tastfully decorated and cozy room with beautiful bathroom and big bathtube (all in extremely good condition). And don‘t forget to enjoy the small private spa and a massage by the incredibly competent therapist. I could have stayed much longer…

Hotel Cappuccino is a beautiful, upscale hotel in the perfect location. Palma is very walkable from this location. The staff are there to help you with everything you may need. A wonderful stay and we will be back!
