Top Lage zu den Seilbahnen. Angenehmer Schwefelonsen. Halbpension war hervorragend. Classic Zimmer im japanischen Stil mit zwei Einzelbetten war für Japan riesig. Englischkenntnisse waren teilweise eingeschränkt. Personal war aber sehr bemüht. Kostenlos Kaffee/Getränke in der Lobby. Nähe zur Seilbahn ist super.

This hotel has an extremely convenient location, and it only takes about 5–10 minutes on foot to reach the ski slope, making it ideal for skiers who do not need to carry their equipment onto a bus, but can go directly from the hotel to the ski run. The hotel also provides plenty of parking spaces, so self‑driving guests can park without any stress, which is very convenient for driving up the mountain during the ski season. The hotel facilities are well equipped, including indoor and outdoor hot spring baths, restaurants and lounges, allowing guests to relax comfortably on the premises all day. The hot spring area is very spacious, with clear water and a clean, tidy environment, and leaves you feeling completely relaxed and comfortable after a soak. The rooms are spacious and well arranged, with comfortable beds and an overall clean, elegant feel that makes for a very peaceful stay. The housekeeping staff cleans thoroughly, and the public areas are also kept neat and orderly, giving the entire hotel a well‑organized and professional impression. Overall, this hotel performs outstandingly in terms of location, parking, facilities, hot spring quality, and room standard, and is especially suitable for ski trips.

Clean room, amenities, massage chair, suite-like room, futuristic Toyo toilet, TV in each room, two beds, spacious bathroom, the whole package. I stayed for three nights in the Luxury suite. It was worth it. They have three restaurants in the hotel. The Zao Ropeway is 5 to 10 minutes away. You can by your gondola tickets at the front desk at a discounted price. Location wise, you are literally near the slopes. The bus terminal is a 7 to 10 minute walk.

1. Only 2 coins laundering machines is not enough. 2. The ski gear and the rental process have to be enhanced. The gear is too old and there is no professional staff to help adjusting the gear. My boots have no suitable size provided to me even though I have booked 2 weeks in advanced at least. Also, the boots is broken during my stay, thats why I have to changed another one. 3. I changed my dinner order twice during my 5 days stay and everything my order was not taken correctly which they always provide another type of course to my wife and me. Unfortunately, they also made a incorrect drink bill to me and my friend which is repeated costing both me and my friend.

Zao Onsen is a spectacular location for skiing & this hotel has it all… you can literally ski in & out of the hotel & see the ropeway, cable car station & slopes from your window. The buffet breakfast has everything you could want (both authentic Japanese & western options for those who want such). You can walk everywhere, slopes, cable car, ropeway, restaurants, cafes, skihire from the hotel. And at the end of the day.. you have access to an indoor & incredible outdoor natural onsen… where you can soak your tired muscles as snow falls lightly around you. It’s magical. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The outdoor onsen was beautiful and spacious. The ski route going back to hotel was very icy therefore it needs to ski down the hill then walking up to hotel. That was a bit of a hassle and painful to walk up the hill with ski equipment.

飯店人員都很親切。溫泉的溫度適中，不會太燙，非常舒服。

山形駅からレンタカーを借りて来ました。到着時の出迎えから気持ちの良い接客で最後の見送りまで気持ちよく送ってくださり本当に心地良く過ごせました。硫黄の匂いのする温泉は熱めですが本当に体に沁み渡り最高に心身解れました。ウェルカムスイーツやドリンクも充実しているのは楽しみのひとつで滞在中何回も利用させていただきました。早朝の大浴場からは見事な雲海が望め感動的です。標高の高い場所なので涼しくてそれだけで肩の力が抜け夏の疲れが癒やされました。冬の樹氷を見に是非また訪れたいホテルです。

温泉の泉質は最高です。個性豊かで魅力たっぷり。源泉かけ流し、硫黄分、高温度、phは、もはや最高レベル。特にph1.6は、他で味わうことはできない領域。施設の綺麗さ、食事のおいしさ、スタッフの丁寧さ、どれも素晴らしいものでした。お見事のひと言につきます。

新しく、清潔で、設備も不足なく、コスパが最高なホテルでした。

員工親切，溫泉設備非常好。鄰近纜車站，方便行山。

房間寛敞舒舒，晚餐陶板牛超美味，溫泉正，下次會再來！

泉質、スタッフの対応、部屋の掃除など行き届いていました。 強いて言えば、湯上りサービスの提供時間が短かった事が残念でした。

昨年も泊まった時、感じたがスタッフさんが良かった。

房間很寬敞，有按摩椅，有客廳，餐廳員工很細心，食物有質素，服務非常好，不是旺季溫泉是夠用的，非常推薦

生憎のお天気で景色は残念でしたが、温泉が最高によかったです。 スタッフの刀から配りも行き届いており、 全てにおいて満足です。 樹氷の季節、また絶対伺います。
