Very charming, clean, spacious What was lacking - No hot water, the safe did not work, the pillows were terrible ( all guest should have 2 pillows) Checkin was not easy especially when you're not from a European country and you don't know how to you use the different phone number here.

Despite the fact that you don't have a reception, the service is fantastic from check-in to room to location to maid service, everything is very, very great.can only recommend it. Muchas gracias de nuevo, Christian Stolle

Parfaite situation et au calme même si les chambres donnent sur la rue. Enregistrement et arrivée facilité du fait de la présence de la machine qui vous remet la clef avec votre numéro de réservation et règlement du solde directement. C'est parfait surtout pour une arrivée tardive. Grande chambre familiale avec salle de bain privative. Le seul bemol serait l'absence de chauffage pour l'hiver.

Great location for exploring the city and right next to buses around the island, convenient check-in system. Basic room, noisy at night because of no sound insulation on the door to the hallway. Moldy and small bathroom, the small vent can't keep up with the humidity. It was okay for our purpose, probably wouldn't book here again if there were better options (for NYE there weren't).

We stayed, a family of 4 at this Hostel for one night. Great location. Self check in and out but emergency number is provided if you need anything or have questions. The reception order my taxi as well. Room are very clean and safe as this was very important to us. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious. Highly recommend this place.

We just stayed for one night and it was a positive experience - everything was as expected and comfortable! Nice to be centrally located in Palma to walk around and explore.

Pricey Hostel! For almost 200€ a night we experienced the bathroom being full of mold which caused a smell in the entire room and the apartment was not well cleaned (hair on pillow case, on sheets, in bathroom…) The shower did not turn hot and the room was poorly soundproof which kept us up most of the night. We do not recommend and will not return

We stayed for one night. Great location, easy check-in & a spacious room. The room was a little tired in places & the aircon didn’t work properly so not sure it was worth the price we paid.

Hôtel bien situé près de tous les transports et restaurants.Propre ,efficace.En revanche gros problème de clim qui ne rafraîchissait rien du tout. 30 degrés dans la chambre . Insupportable. .Courant d'air impossible.
