Great place+++

our original room was not very nice - hardly had a real bathroom - the shower was a closet as was the sink. we paid extra to get a different room and even this upgraded room did not have a bathtub also my husband paid for the spa circuit and both the jucuzzi and steam shower were not hot on the positive side - pretty views of the vineyard, and we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. staff was very friendly

Beautiful setting in Rioja wine country. Very peaceful, stunning views, very friendly staff and a delicious restaurant.

El estado de las frutas al desayuno es pésimo. Salimos de la habitación a las 2 pm y por tal motivo no hicieron limpieza. Poco personal de servicio en un sitio alejado de TODO.

A unique property nestling in the picturesque Rioja landscape.

This property is run-down and not kept up. The outside has mold/mildew on the facade, the sink in our room didn’t drain well, the toilet flush button was broken, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the entire placed lacked energy and was low lit and uninviting.

We booked this property as a stopover point on our journey from the UK driving to the Algarve. Getting a good nights sleep in preparation for a second long day of driving was of the utmost importance. Unfortunately booking this property was a huge mistake. We arrived at 5pm hoping to have an early dinner and go to bed early. We were told the restaurant didn’t open until 8.30pm and room service was not available until this time also. We decided room service might be the quickest option so ordered pasta from the very limited menu. The food when it arrived was unappetising. Unfortunately we also failed to get much sleep as the rooms have no sound proofing what so ever and we could hear ever door being opened or closed and every conversation being had in the hallway. Added to this the bedding and pillows were of very poor quality. We were also told that breakfast wasn’t served until 9am which was far too late for us as we had to get on the road. We eventually gave up and left at 5am.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. We had a very early train on our last day and they took the time to prepare a part of breakfast and coffee and tea for us before breakfast was available. Our time here was so relaxing.

Établissement bien situé, avec une jolie vue, très éclairée par les bais vitrées. Au calme. Proche de la ville animée de LOGRONO. En revanche il manque une bonne ventilation ( hors climatisation) car la literie est touchée par la moisissure !!! ( sensation d’humidité des draps) la salle de bain n’est pas ventilée : la vapeur d’eau reste emprisonnée, il faut nécessairement ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain et du balcon !!! Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés pour la coquette somme de 25 euros par nuitée… vous signez une déclaration de suivie des règles attendues ( pas de chien seul dans la chambre… ) cela ne m’a été prescrit que 3 jours après notre arrivée !! Pas de questionnement au Check in !! Le SPA est également payant : 25 euros par personne (2h). Le petit déjeuner est très correct : jus d’orange frais, fruits, œufs/fromage… les hôtesses sont très agréables .. mise à part celle qui a oublié de faire le check in complet !!

The spa aspect is a bit of a fraud, you have 60 minutes to do a circuit, for 25 Euro a person and you have to go. So long for the relaxation

Beautiful vineyard , great quirky designed rooms and views

Hotel was part of a bodega in middle of beautiful vineyard. Rooms was excellent with floor to ceiling view (very modern loo, washbasin and shower a bit too way out for us). Staff were excellent as was dinner and breakfast. We bought some Rioja wine to take home as a price one third of UK price.

Sorprendente! Escogimos el lugar por el Spa y la tranquilidad de estar alejado del centro y fue un acierto. Han sido muy amable y todos se esforzaron en que nos sintiéramos como en casa.

Una maravilla, restaurante, habitacion, vistas... el unico pero es que al ir al spa nadie nos acompaño ni explico nada, ni encender las luces...

Cumplió mis expectativas.

Un lugar especial con unas preciosas vistas y relajantes la habitación muy original cómoda y limpia .El desayuno muy bueno con un servicio inmejorable . Totalmente recomendable

Das Hotel ist bereits abgewohnt und das Styling in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnesbereich war gesperrt - dafür wurde uns 1 Flasche Wein als Entschädigung geschenkt. Alles zusammen nur wenig charmant.
