Overall, I appreciated the hotel’s beautiful interior design and the high standard of cleanliness. However, my stay was impacted by several issues that affected my comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in my assigned room was only blowing warm air. I contacted reception to request a room change, but I was informed that no other rooms were available at the time, so I was provided with a fan instead. The following day, I was moved to a different room where the air conditioning was functioning, but it was still unable to adequately cool the room during the heatwave. As a result, I was sweating throughout the night and had difficulty getting proper sleep. The reassigned room was also located on the ground floor, where noise was a significant issue. I could clearly hear guests walking past and talking outside the room. In addition, the laundry service operated late at night, and the noise from the laundry process was disruptive on both nights of my stay. The laundry carts were also stored in the main guest area and remained visible, which detracted from the overall appearance and atmosphere of the hotel. Finally, although the hotel advertises a 24-hour reception, this was not my experience. After the main entrance was locked late at night, there was no staff member present at reception to let me in. We had a comfortable stay at the hotel des batignolles. The rooms are on the small size but ok for a couple of nights. Rooms are very clean, staff at reception are helpful and the breakfast was very tasty

Jättemysigt litet hotell med fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget var utmärkt med bra kommunikationer och hela vistelsen var över förväntan. Det enda att anmärka på är att rummen var ganska små, men det påverkade inte upplevelsen. Skulle absolut gärna bo här igen!

Centralt hotel, med gå afstand til moulin rouge. Tæt på station, men nemt at gå til midtby. Hyggelig morgenmadslokale, lækker morgenmad. Hjælpsom personale.

Väldigt slitet och ingen större ambition vad gäller service. Luktade rök i hela hotellet, förutom på rummet. Air condition hade inte användas så när jag startade den blåste det ut gammal smuts i hela rummet.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Sauberes Zimmer in einer ruhigen Gegend mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Ein echtes Highlight ist das kleine, aber sehr feine Frühstück. Leckeres Baguette und köstliche Croissants, obwohl das Buffet auf den ersten Blick nicht sehr groß erscheint, so ist doch für jeden etwas dabei und die Auswahl größer als es aussieht.

I loved the room and the en suite - a traditional Parisian design (herringbone floors always a winner) balanced with more modern accents. The street was quiet but very near LOTS of great places to go out. Unable to pass comment on the breakfast though as we headed to all the local boulangeries instead. The staff were very nice and the clothes steamer in the room was a nice touch :)
