On arrival, the receptionist was not at all welcoming. GRUMPY!!, where as the housemaid was the opposite. In the room, it was tidy and clean, however the toilet kept filling up in the bowl and taking ages to flush away, not enough towels, crockery, cutlery, glasses to cater for 4 people, and the toaster only worked it you stood there holding it down. The barbecue was disgustingly dirty. On handing the key back in to tell her about the toilet problem and toaster, she was just as grumpy as when we arrived.

Quiet motel, well presented and appointed room , helpful and polite staff, good location and a free coffee every morning from their associated coffee shop. Excellent security gate at entrance with sharp protrusions on top to prevent climbing.

A beautiful and clean property with friendly and helpful staff. Was a little disappointed that we weren’t able to swim in the pool, it was a bit too green for our liking.

There was no cups or milk the shower area was dirty overall the place needs a good clean and repairs carried out ac was cool not cold

Reception smelt of fish, had to walk through several people smoking (residents I think). I have stopped here before it has gone down a lot. Bathroom had stains on the wall, green scum around the tap and plug hole. Rusty shower curtain rail and brown stains on the towels. Had to go looking for toilet paper. No milk or biscuits, stain on the ceiling of the bedroom and pillow cases. Residents smoking and talking at 5.30am very noisy. Will not stop here again.

Updated bathroom however the room itself was very tired and in need of new carpet.

Property was old and need of an update. Bathroom had mould in shower recess and toilet had Not been cleaned from previous occupants.

Booked this motel as travelling with three children and two adults so need the extra beds. Checked in got key, opened door to room and all beds had been slept in and no service to room. They offered another room with inadequate number of beds. Room had to be made up quickly. Rooms were still being made up at 4pm! Very old motel had its day. Only positive were the beds themselves were ver comfortable.

The property is clean, the bed was comfortable, and functional but that's about it. The front wall is paper thin so you can hear every noice. Apartments is a big stretch, just old hotel rooms. The description of the property is more glamorous than it is.

The staff were friendly and obliging. Generally very clean but the microwave was a little in need.No wardrobe but a free standing coat hanger so there were no hangers. It didn’t bother me but it might if you wanted to hang good clothes. This motel is used by workers who leave around 6am every morning until about 8am and is often quite noisy so if you want a sleep in this is probably not the place for you. Easy walking distance to many local restaurants and fast food.Reasonably close to the artesian baths.

Shower didn’t work properly

Fridge had not been cleaned out and somebody else's food was still in there. Shower was no more than a dribble. Very average.

Unit had a stale odour when we went into the room. We later found there was water leaking around the base of the toilet bowl. Bed was comfortable. Overnight stay only

Friendly reception and quick check in. Secure premises with big gate locked at night. Roomy, clean and comfortable. Great bed. Walking distance to lots of eateries and supermarket. Definitely stay again.
