appargement bien situé et plutôt sympa même si un peu petit. par contre, douche qui déborde et innonde la salle de bain et jusqu’au salon.

Ruim appartement met 2 badkamers. Luxe keuken met vaatwasser en zelfs een wasmachine. De bedden waren erg goed . Centraal gelegen vlakbij de metro. Een rustig appartementen-complex

* 최고의 장점은 넓은 공간과 최고의 입지이다. 일단 침실이 2개이며, 에어컨이나 샤시의 수준은 양호하다. 입지면에서, 교통의 요지이며, 맛의 본고장이라 할 수 있다. 주변 츄레리아를 비롯한 편의시설 그리고 식당들, 우르겔 역과의 접근성은 이 숙소의 모든 단점을 인내하게 만든다. 1. 체크인 데스크가 없다. 장기 비행이후 피곤한 몸을 이끌고 체크인 데스크를 찾아 산츠 역까지 가는 건 육체적, 정신적 도전이다. 2. 데스크와 전화연결이 안될 때가 많다. 샤워부스의 물은 넘치고, 수건은 모자란데, 전화연락이 안되면 정말 답답하다. 휴대폰도 받지 않는다, 물론. 3. 1회의 무료 클린룸 서비스를 신청하였으나 욕실일부와 수건 교체가 다 였다. 거실과 침구 정리가 되었으면 얼마나 좋았을까. 4. 낡은 가구, 소파, 침대는 말할 것도 없고 샤워부스가 넘쳐서 머리감고 5분 기다리고, 비누칠하고 기다리고...정말 고역이 따로 없었다. 재미있는 것은 두번의 수리 요구이후 샤워부스의 배수문제가 완전히 해결되었다는 것이다. 수리할 수 있는 것을 해주지 않고, 고객을 3일간 인내하게 만든 이유가 무엇인지 정말 궁금하기 이를 데 없다. 5. 물론 전화기는 마지막까지 문제였다. 이건 수리가 되지 않나보다. 6. 도어락의 문제가 있어 수리까지 맡겼던 것, 그리고 수리가 되어도 도어락을 이용하기가 정말 어렵다는 것 (다른 외국 관광객들도 어려워 하는 부분이었다.)은 이 아파트가 고쳐야 할 사소한 문제들 중 하나라고 할 수 있다.

appartamento moderno e confortevole, letti molto comodi, peccato per la scarsità di stoviglie e pentole a disposizione visto il costo del soggiorno mi sarei aspettato una maggiore disponibilità di accessori. Wifi quasi inesistente.

Très bel appartement, bien situé dans Barcelone (proximité métro et commerce). Les équipements sont un peu défraîchis (douche qui déborde, traces de brûlure sur la table de séjour, impact sur des murs, cadre vide). Mais dans la généralité, je recommande cet appart'hotel.

Although the apartment was nice, it was not the apartment shown in the picture on 2 levels which we were expecting, it was much smaller than I expected.

Clean big rooms, good bathroom. Good location as well to restaurants and subway. Will book again.

AWESOME location. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Loved the apartment that we got on the 5th floor facing the church and school. We would hear the bells ring a few times during the day, very cool. Quiet street and great shops for food and dining. Would totally book this location again!

La ubicación es buena! Hay que ir a recoger las llaves del hotel a otro lugar, le falta un poco de mantenimiento al departamento en el que estuve y la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y se empezó a salir toda el agua al piso del baño, pero en general está bien

첨에 갔을땐 시설 너무 좋다고 생각했는데 있어 보니까 아니었음 ^^ 드라이기는 스파크 튀기면서 연기 나고 샤워 부스는 물 새서 화장실에 워터파크 개장함. 5박했는데 청소도 한번도 안해줌. 따로 요청해야하는건지 뭔지 모르겠음. 수건도 안바꿔줌. 숙소가 크고 좋긴한데 관리가 제대로 되는 것 같지는 않았음... 싼 가격도 아닌데 솔직히 춫언은 않합닏아~

Habe ein Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht und bekam irgend ein Zimmer im 4 Stock ! Frechheit ! Meinten Sie ich habe ein Balkon aufm Zimmer, was nicht stimmte ! Waren nur große Fenster, dies bezeichneten Sie als "Balkon" Für mich persönlich nie wieder !

Ce n'était pas clair qu'il fallait allé chercher les clés de l'appartement, à un autre endroit que la ou nous restions, donc nous avons eu a faire des allez-retour d'environ 12 fois 15 minutes. En plus d'une attente d'environ 45 mimantes avant d'obtenir la clé. De plus la chambre n'était pas prête à l'heure promis. Par la suite tout à bien été, spacieux et bien positionné.

After following their instructions and advising the hotel we would be arriving late, they still failed not provide the promised shuttle transfer from their central reception to the apartment. After making our own way and working out the confusing electronic locks, we found the apartment was missing several items we expected in a serviced apartment including • No washing powder for use in the washing machine • No drying line to hang clothes after washing • No kettle • No spare blanket for cool nights • No shampoo or conditioner • No hair dryer • The safe was locked open After working out the confusing phone system we contacting the reception who promised immediate attention. Two hours and several follow up phone calls later a very angry housekeeper burst into our apartment and, despite not speaking English, made it clear all we were getting was an old and dirty hair dryer. Nothing else that we asked for. As a result the rest of our stay was marked with washing draped over every piece of furniture to try to get it dried before our departure. Simply not good enough for what was a fairly expensive apartment.

Cosmo Appart est un bon groupe de location d'appartement. Seul souci beaucoup d'acariens dans les lits pour ceux qui sont sensibles ... sinon c'est très correct

Amazing apartment in a great part of town. Close to the Red metro line so its easy to get around. Safe neighborhood and a lot of local restaurants around that are not tourist traps. Check in could be better. Apartment was not ready by 3pm but only took a couple of minutes to get it done. The shuttle is a must since you have to pick up the keys at a different location.

Appartement moderne, mais la déco a vécu Peinture et tapisserie à rafraîchir sinon très bien équipé et confortable Déçu par l'absence de réception, l'enregistrement se fait à un autre hôtel mais sont très réactifs si on a besoin de quelques choses (A notre arrivée : ampoules grillées, coffre ne fermant pas, prises élec non fonctionnant dans une chambre, fer à repasser HS, tél réception non branché mais tout a été changé dans la journée). Pas de tv satellite en français, câble espagnol avec quelques programmes en anglais. Nous n'avons pas eu de place de parking mais parking privé à proximité pour un prix équivalent. Hotel pas mal situé à 35mn à pied des ramblas et de la sagrada. Quartier calme mais avec pas mal de circulation qui s'entend malgré le double vitrage et même en étant au 5eme étage. Bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble.

Check in is in a completely different area which was annoying. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable and in a good location though.

Everything was great except after 10:30pm water was super cold. Could not shower!
