Really nice. Good location.

Todo estuvo muy bien, pero hay un tema en particular que no me gustó fue la atención de un joven de la recepción, desconozco su nombre, pero fue bastante desagradable. Una chica de la recepción que era como italiana nos atendió en el check in de maravilla, pero el último día con el mucho si fue muy desagradable.

Morgenmad havde et begrænset udvalg, men dejligt hotel og skøn værelse ligger godt i forhold til wein centrum.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Walking distance to the First District and main attractions is really great! The room I was in was really beautiful and everything was super clean! I highly recommend it!

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil es im schöne 8. Bezirk Wiens liegt und somit auch zentral. Die Zimmer sind nicht zu klein und verfügen über ein sehr schönes Bad und bequeme Betten. Auch das Frühstück ist mehr als zufriedenstellend! Gerne wieder!

Sødt personale! Mærkeligt værelse, men havde alt hvad det skulle, inkl. et stort bad. Morgenmaden var tilfredsstillende, med at t godt udvalg. Rigtig god vin!

スタッフは皆さんとてもフレンドリーでした。 お部屋にはどこのヨーロッパのホテルもそうであるようにトリートメントはありませんが、ボディソープ兼用シャンプー、ボディーローション、ハンドソープ、スリッパ、冷蔵庫と揃ってます。 ケトルはリクエストしたら借りられました。 シャワーは温度調整すぐできて温かいシャワーをたっぷり浴びられました。何より水圧が言うことなし！ お部屋は広くて清潔で静かです。 朝早いチェックアウトだったので朝食はつけませんでした。 一応、レセプションは24時間対応なのですが、朝早い時間だとスタッフが地下でお仕事してたりですぐ対応してもらえないこともあるので、チェックアウトが早朝などの場合、事前に伝えておいた方がスムーズだと思います。 メールでの返信も丁寧に対応して頂けました。

Rathaus Wein & Design is wine themed, so all the rooms are individually decorated, related to a specific wine grower. It is also possible to have a small wine tasting there. Our wine tasting was great, with a friendly and engaging member of staff. All the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Gloria was absolutely amazing, exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Rooms are comfortable for 3 people. Still walkable to the city center attractions.

Layout of the room was a bit strange with no access to washbin or shower in the bathroom, those where placed in another room next to the bedroom. Otherwise good room, and good location in the city. Didn't they their restaurant as there were better places nearby.

Great room, great size and cleaned. There was a little bit of noise stomping on the floor above us. I would stay again. Cost benefit is excellent.

We spent 4 nights and had a fabulous time. Cannot fault the hotel. The location was perfect for the trams and the U. We bought a 72hr travel pass which was wonderful value. The hotel is a short walk to the Parliament and museums. There are lots of great cafes and restaurant nearby which are not touristy. We would definitely return.

The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had as any hotel ever. Truly awesome. The room was also large and super nice. I cannot believe it was available at a reasonable price for my stay in Vienna.
