Everything is always great!!

Very nice property

Excellent service; everything was nice and clean. The only downside is that they assigned us a handicap room. I don't mind, but I believe those rooms should be reserved for individuals who truly need them.

Close to the venue! The kitchen was not prepared for service!

So quiet and comfortable...great staff

We loved our stay! The staff was friendly, the breakfast and pool were nice, and there are many restaurants and shopping within short walking distance. The main row of restaurants is an easy 5 minute walk.

This Hyatt is modern and clean with friendly staff, great full breakfast, convenient parking, and a lot of amenities making for an excellent stay. The room has an extremely comfortable bed, and the showers have great water pressure. This hotel is conveniently located for easy access to any area of Downtown Boise and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Property was in a very good location making it easy to walk around downtown Boise and access to lime scooters and bikes was a plus .
