The front desk staff seemed grumpy and /or miserable. No hello or goodbye or greeting- even when eye contact was made. Felt GLOOMY or as though they were unhappy. Gave off the vibe that they hate their job -or that my question was an inconvenience. Cleaning staff I encountered in the hallway were friendly and helpful.

Best bed I’ve slept on in a while! Tons of space. Everything we needed. My only complaint was the ironing board needed the center screw replaced. If that’s the biggest complaint you know it was pretty great.

My husband and I stayed here and split a double room with my brother and sister in law for a concert. The room was so big and spacious we all had plenty of room and would 100% stay here again!

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are restaurants and other conveniences right up the road. The continental breakfast had alot options and service was helpful. I would stay there again

Convenient and very accommodating to guests. Family oriented. Only disappointment was that there was no recycling. We took all our cans, bottles and cardboard trash with us.

We stayed for just one night ahead of an early morning of gymnastics. The pool was small, but sufficient. The lobby area worked well for many girls and families to spend time together. The biggest bummer is that their breakfast didn't begin until 7:30, that was too late based on arrival time for her meet, and later than all the other places we've stayed. I think for the cost and touting a continental breakfast it should be available for early risers, beyond the meet, we are a family that is up early and active in the places we travel to so an earlier option would have been nice and more acceptable for the cost.

Great, clean, comfortable room!

Front desk lady when I checked in was not welcoming. The wifi did not work properly. The evening Mexican chicken with chips was very poor quality. The room phone did not work. I had specifically requested a king suite and got a double bed room. When I emailed the hotel, there was no response.

Overall the property was very nice and convenient with the area. The kids were a little disappointed for it not having a hot tub. We had a full kitchen minus the oven.

We really enjoyed our 1- night stay. We were able to book last minute. It had a nice breakfast buffet. The King suite was very comfortable.

We def. Felt safe staying there. It was my first time in Madison with just my daughter.

When we arrived with our two teen sons, we were given a room with one bed. We had ordered and payed for a two bedroom suite. We asked for a room that had two beds, and the desk person told us that he would have to ask his manager because they were full. Then, he had to ask a person who had a room booked if they would be willing to trade rooms with us! Nobody ever asked me if it was ok for us to sleep in a room with one bed and four adult sized people! Thankfully, after waiting in the lobby for about twenty minutes, the other guest was gracious enough to trade rooms with us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Not looking out for the best of paying guests. I have never had such an experience.

The room was more than we expected and the breakfast was amazing and restaurant quality with many choices.

The checking in was the worst i have ever had with everywhere i have stayed. After that everything was great.
