Clean room, late checking in smoothly.

Large, really comfortable room (twin queen beds) with lots of storage. Fantastic bathroom setup. Excellent service from all staff. Easy parking even for large 4WDs. Fantastic location at Gold Creek near select family tourist attractions and multiple cafes nearby to cater for the traveller (this room does not have a kitchenette - only tea making facilities). Motel caters to large group travellers such as school groups routinely.

Very convenient for visiting most Canberra features.

Everything was easy and in pretty clean one thing that affected firnme was a bit of maintenance for the TV, the bracket was falling off the wall.

The staff was very good, facilities need improvement, but what will make us not come back was that at the same time a group of people for a conference or something, they were very noisy, even late at night, and nothing was done in this regard. This issue has been happening for a few days.

There are a few places to visit by walking distance. City centre is just 17 minutes drive away.

Rooms exceptionally clean, neat & tidy. Pillows poor quality. Unfortunately, 0-1 bar of phone reception in room had to stand outside near road, not ideal in Winter in Canberra

Great Location. Property was very clean. Had all the amenities for a night stay. Cheers to the staff for keeping the room temperature as per the requirement. Communications were very clear and spot on since the time we booked until checkout. Good a great deal from Expedia for this property. Will surely visit again when we come to Canberra next time.

Our recent stay here was ok however there were a few things that could be improved upon. The room was spacious however a little dirty and could have been vacuumed better. There was rubbish under the beds. We are elderly and would have preferred a room that did not require stairs to access. The room was also very noisy due to the location of the generators or air-conditioning units directly on the outside of back wall of the room. The room heating did not seem to be working correctly however there were extra blankets so able to keep warm. The beds were comfortable. Great location however.

Very friendly staff , bike friendly accomodation with secure storage of pushbikes overnight. Actually on the Centenary trail … so if anyone looking for accomodation in the Hall region whilst doing the centenary trail … highly recommend

The staff were super friendly and provided excellent check-in instructions. Checking in and out after hours was very easy. The rooms are clean. During my stay, I switched rooms - from a bunk room with bunk beds to a family room. The AC heating worked fine in the bunk room, but unfortunately, it wasn't functioning in the family room. The staff provided a heater, which was helpful, but having the AC heating working would have been better. All in all, excellent value for money. I highly recommend this accommodation.
