A really lovely hotel that we are looking at booking again. Came with my friend and my two children for 7 nights, all inclusive. Room was lovely and spacious with a huge bed for my friend and I and the sofa bed was big for the girls. Nice and clean and kitchen was good. Few ants in the bath most days but we washed them away. Had a lovely room away from the main pool and entertainment and it was nice and quiet. Kids pool was where we spent most our pool days as it was quieter than the bigger one! And oddly not really any screaming kids! Felt like our own private pool at times Very very few early morning sun lounger hoggers which was refreshing. We popped towels down when we went for breakfast at 9ish and there were still a few free. Food is ok. Breakfast great, lunches and dinners just a bit hit and miss. Sometimes lots to eat and other times not a huge amount that was nice. Different themes each evening and there was always something being freshly cooked which my friend and I liked.

Las habitaciones las hacen cada dos días. La comida para ser un 4 estrellas muy justa. Por otro lado, la atención al cliente fue espectacular, la habitación amplia y camas confortables.

Nice hotel but just that. Nothing amazing, food ok.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Arena Beach à Corralejo. L’accueil était cependant un peu froid. La chambre correspond bien aux photos, mais elle est un peu datée, malgré quelques touches modernes récemment ajoutées. La salle de bain n’est pas très spacieuse. En revanche, le grand lit était très confortable. Nous avons apprécié les piscines, très agréables, avec une eau de mer chauffée à 23 degrés. Les buffets, variés et délicieux, ont également été une belle surprise. L’hôtel et la chambre sont d’une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel de restauration est aux petits soins. À proximité, on trouve un petit centre commercial, et la mer est accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Une balade depuis l’hôtel pour découvrir les dunes de Corralejo est également à conseiller. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel 3 étoiles, qui pourrait être considéré comme un 4 étoiles après une modernisation des chambres.

Insgesamt war es einfach toll! Und auch wenn es angeblich nur 3 Sterne sein sollen - das ist totaler Quatsch! Das Hotel hat deutlich mehr verdient! Nur weil die Rezeption keine 24h besetzt ist… Die Appartements waren sauber, neu renoviert, dass Essen abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker! Das Servicepersonal war einfach klasse! Super lieb und aufmerksam. Immer lustig und total aufgeschlossen und aufmerksam. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Und hat gerade die Lage etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum gut gefallen. Sehr ruhig gelegen - Erholung pur.

L’hôtel est très jolie avec une piscine assez grande pour tout le monde sans qu’on soit les uns sur les autres. La chambre est propre avec un service de nettoyage tous les jours. Très chouette pour les vacances

We atayed 14 days with two kids (4&6 years) Good entertainment for kids in the mini club.

I went with my daughter and 2 grandchildren in August 25. Ideal holiday for families, and would definitely return. Lots of food options and entertainment. The only negative is the sofa bed which is so hard and uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep until I persuaded my grandson to swap for the bed.

Broken toilet and bathroom smelt of urine constantly. Shower head doesn’t stay on wall and falls down causing injury. Cockroaches everywhere and all we were provided with was spray. We spent the whole week killing them in our beds, clothes etc Sofa bed was disgustingly dirty and full of dead bugs, dust and just general dirt. Bedding wasn’t changed for the full 9 days despite asking multiple times. Rooms are very noisy. We could hear the tenants on all sides of us which meant we didn’t get much sleep. Guests played pool and shouted outside our door until after midnight keeping our kids awake and nothing was done to remove them. The only positive is the staff who are all very pleasant and friendly.

Clean hotel bit dated. Very friendly and hard working staff. Felt bit quite might not be peak season. Food was brilliant loved different cuisines every day.
