Good aircon. Room slightly tired. However the staff are super friendly and food good. I will come back

L’hôtel est très jolie avec une piscine assez grande pour tout le monde sans qu’on soit les uns sur les autres. La chambre est propre avec un service de nettoyage tous les jours. Très chouette pour les vacances

We atayed 14 days with two kids (4&6 years) Good entertainment for kids in the mini club.

I went with my daughter and 2 grandchildren in August 25. Ideal holiday for families, and would definitely return. Lots of food options and entertainment. The only negative is the sofa bed which is so hard and uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep until I persuaded my grandson to swap for the bed.

Broken toilet and bathroom smelt of urine constantly. Shower head doesn’t stay on wall and falls down causing injury. Cockroaches everywhere and all we were provided with was spray. We spent the whole week killing them in our beds, clothes etc Sofa bed was disgustingly dirty and full of dead bugs, dust and just general dirt. Bedding wasn’t changed for the full 9 days despite asking multiple times. Rooms are very noisy. We could hear the tenants on all sides of us which meant we didn’t get much sleep. Guests played pool and shouted outside our door until after midnight keeping our kids awake and nothing was done to remove them. The only positive is the staff who are all very pleasant and friendly.

Clean hotel bit dated. Very friendly and hard working staff. Felt bit quite might not be peak season. Food was brilliant loved different cuisines every day.

Nice hotel at the price point. Very clean, well maintained and nice staff.

Lovely big comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Had to pay Euro at pool bar deposit for cup or bring your own. Clean and quiet apartment.

Perfect location excellent food, staff and cleanliness

Amazing stay last week. Staff were very friendly. All areas were very clean. One thing you always worry about with all inclusive is the food and I can say it was amazing. Every night a different theme night and all really good standard.

Overall this is a lovely complex for visiting in the winter months. The waiting staff are really attentive and the trainee on the reception desk went over and above when she came to find us to tell us our apartment was ready (after I’d missed her call). Food choice was good and the setting is lovely

Bel établissement, chambre spacieuse et confortable, repas varié et de bonne facture. Personnel souriant et sympathique. Manquerait juste un peu d'animation type dance floor et une salle de gym pour compléter. Mais très bien dans l'ensemble

Absolutely fantastic time at the Arena beach - great it was all low apartments but on fully inclusive. Pools lovely. Food was good - always found something to eat. Staff Fantastic especially the entertainments team. Only niggle was that there was no cava and the gin was like rocket fuel. Looking to return very soon.

We had a lovely 3 nights, a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews. For us it was cheap for 3 nights (rules prevent me posting actual price)and honestly thought it was great value for money. The food was of a good standard varied every day, we are Vegan which could be catered better for with selection of dishes such fewer meat or fish infused dishes (such as lovely freash salad minus sea food sauce & i could go on) , however with that said we certainly didnt go hungry and what we did have was lovely. Great location and easy walk to restaurants Bars & Corelejo centre.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Only downside for us is how hard the beds are. Other than that we can’t fault the hotel
