Confirmed booking information was provided but stay denied. I did not get the room as per booking. I had payed again at the counter. Need refund. and want to talk to some one .

It’s terrible. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. staff are okay!friendly!! It’s just the overall condition/cleaness /Broken door,Ac Unit,Broken Toilet paper dispenser,Matress etc.

Pros: Comfortable rooms, great and helpful staff, free wifi Cons: There's a pub next door and the music is too loud. Complimentary breakfast is served cold. No power back up

Nice location , next to Metro station in the heart of town. Washroom quality was so so, mirrors in bathroom and better towel could have helped.
