It was a nice place quiet clean, always parking the air-conditioning was great. It was close to a lot of shopping centers, which I loved 100% recommended.

Debería poner agua potable en los cuartos. Y si se reserva 2 o más personas más jabón y shampoo. Solo ponen 1 por habitación aunque se reservo 2 personas

El estacionamiento está demasiado angustito le falta bien organizarse la gente se acomoda mal respecto a los espacios le falta estacionamiento un poquito más separado

Room was not clean. Counter was sticky, extra blanket was dirty with stains and hair. Noise from a very busy street.

La piscina no es la misma que está en la publicidad,parece más grande pero es pequeña y estaba un poco sucia

Check in was not bad, we reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights Second day we were told the pool was not in use due to chemicals being added. I asked front desk if there was a time frame of when we would be able to use, since we booked this hotel with the intention of using the pool, and the lady had no idea. She seemed bothered by my questions and did not seem to care or try to offer a solution/ option I later went back to front desk to ask if I could cancel my second night stay since the pool was unavailable and the lady said we have to figure it out with whoever we booked with. I ended up repacking up and getting a reservation at Hotel Colonial last minute. Now Extended Suites has refused to reimburse, reach out, or offer any assistance. They had bad customer service and attitude onsite so this doesn't surprise me. I understand things happen, but them running chemical or maintenance on not only a weekend, but a holiday weekend, just seems like it’s something that should’ve been communicated. I am not happy with this outcome. I will not be staying at or recommending this place to anyone.

Staff was rude. Management decided to maintain the pool on a long weekend and made it unavailable. We booked to stay there for the pool. Kids were very disappointed

la habitación no contaba con jabón, shampoo ni papel higiénico ni siquiera un agua de cortesía, todo te lo venden en recepción no crei que funcionara asi este hotel, la habitación básica pero funcional para dormir

Room was dirty, building is very loud

El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y no te deja descansar. En el área de la regadera no se va el agua. El respaldo de la cama se cayó. En más de una ocasión solicité cambiar la habitación por qué tenían fuerte olor a cigarro y al final la recepcionista me indico que no podía hacer nada y que me llevaría a una última habitación y que no me podía cancelar mucho menos regresar el dinero. En la última habitación olía a marihuana.

Habitación limpia pero fueron a arreglar una persiana que no bajaba y como su sistema es limpieza profunda hasta 4 días después de haber ingresado pues ahí se quedó lo que se tiró en la reparación dos días hasta que les pregunté y les dije lo que pasó hicieron limpieza Cuando recibí la habitación había cacahuate abajo de la cama
