I cannot possibly review this Hotel I arrived during the Christmas season in the evening. I gave them a copy of my reservation from Hotels.com and they told me they were not registered with Hotels.com. Furthermore, the hotel was full. It was a horrible, horrible experience I cried. I had to sleep in the lobby. The owner on the telephone told me he was only registered with Expedia, but Hotels.com is Expedia so I would tell you do not book your hotel with Hotels.com with this hotel. The owner owner thinks he is not registered here it was one of the worst traveling experiences of my life.

Ce riad d'une grande beauté est un véritable bijou. Situé dans la fascinante médina de Fès, il permet un séjour dans la tranquillité loin des voitures et du brouhaha de la vie moderne. Une terrasse avec chasines permet de contempler cette cité hors du temps. Les employés d'une grande gentillesse sont de bon conseil pour tranport et guide au besoin. Youssef est venu me chercher place Rciff afin que je ne me perde pas. J'avais la chambre Coriandre, grande et très belle. Seul point négatif, de petites odeurs qui viennent des toilettes mais en fermant la porte, tout est réglé. Comme c'était le temps du Ramadan, le reste de l'hotel était quasi vide et j'étais contente de tout cette paix. J'aimerais avoir le bonheur d'y retourner.

a pleasant stay though we seems to be the only guests maybe that's why we were treated better, as located in the center of medina at the used-to-be rich man's traditional manion transformed into hotel, was easy walk to see but absolutely needs a guide as 9,000 alleys in front of you. Yousef at the hotel was helpful in everything and other staff was very nice. The breakfast was impressively simple and shabby but didn't expect much either..
