O quarto é bem confortável e a equipe muito gentil e atenciosa. O café da manhã é excelente, com bastantes opções incluindo uma estação de tapioca. O único ponto negativo é a existência de apenas dois elevadores para atender o prédio, de modo que nos horários de pico, por vezes tivemos que esperar para usá-lo. Por fim, o hotel fica localizado bem a frente do Shopping Cataratas, o que permite fácil acesso ao supermercado que fica no shopping e aos restaurantes da praça de alimentação.

Para começar, somos muito bem recebidos pelos Andréa. O pessoal do estacionamento também foi ótimo, destaque para o Rogério e o Júnior. O hotel tem ótima estrutura, com carregador vários elétricos/híbridos, que nos foi muito útil. O quarto é confortável, com ótimo banho

Well located, in front of a nice shopping centre, not far away from the bus station. Nice room with a lovely bathroom.

De modo geral atendeu as expectativas.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The little location is awesome, right across the street from a large shopping mall. Was handy for all the incidentals we needed, even had a grocery store. The rooms were good enough, but nothing fancy or special. Comfortable bed. We had to ask for a duvet as there was no actual proper blanket. The a/c kinda sucked and took a few hours to cool the room, we had to leave it on when we weren't there to get it cool Enough. We would stay here again for the location and the staff. The restaurant was actually really delicious, even though we were the only ones eating dinner ( we were exhausted from the falls and didn't want to go anywhere). The free breakfast buffet was huge but was just ok. All worth it for Igazu Falls, the most beautiful place I've ever been. Wish we had stayed more than 2 nights.
