The hotel entrance is round the corner from the cafe where we went in, but the waiter quickly pointed us in the right direction. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast in the adjoining cafe was excellent with delicious tortillas. We also used the cafe fir a snack the evening before and again the tortilla we chose was excellent. Good value and in a convenient location.

The room was clean with comfortable beds. There is a restaurant on site which was very handy for our late arrival. Orlando at reception was super helpful with advice

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, aunque algo difícil de encontrar. La habitación es adecuada, el persona es servicial. Pueden mejorar el desayuno, es muy limitado: puedes escoger solo 2 cosas saladas, y 2 dulces, y un solo café. La verdad, fue el peor de todos los desayunos en un viaje de 3 semanas por España y Portugal

What’s the difference between a 2 star or a 3 star hotel? For us this was 3 star. Clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. The hotel is connected to a very popular restaurant . The breakfast was served in the restaurant and there were a mix of hotel guests and locals. The location was in the pedestrian area. We thought this stay was good and good value for money.

Excelente Lugar para una muy buena estancia en Santander España, muy limpio muy buen espacio, el personal siempre al tanto de nosotros , toallas amplias, limpias y SECAS, cerca del hotel hay muchos lugares donde comer, a unos cuantos pasos esta Casa Mariano, muy buen lugar Si vas con silla de Ruedas, pide a Orlando o a Hugo que te den acceso por el garaje para fácil acceso, el elevador esta amplio para la silla de ruedas y tu acompañante. Excelente todo, 5 estrellas.

This is a simple and charming hotel in a great neighbourhood, close but not in the centre of the city, very walkable and safe. My room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. The included breakfast was in the restaurant that is part of the hotel and it was great, with fresh squeezed orange juice, excellent coffee and I chose the Spanish tortilla every morning and it was one of the best tortillas I’ve had in Spain, in a very warm and friendly restaurant full of locals coming in for their breakfast. This is a great hotel if you’re not looking for a more expensive corporate style hotel and I highly recommend it.

He viajado por el mundo por trabajo y turismo y he estado en cientos de hoteles. Es el primero en que no me han hecho la habitación de un día para otro (estuve dos noches). Increible. Por otro lado, la habitación y lo demás muy justito. He estado antes en este hotel y lo consideraba genial por el precio. A partir de ahora, nunca más.
