Good location , great hotel . Family friendly , good morning breakfast . Food in the taproom is great also when you can’t be bothered going out ( or if everything is booked ). Would recommend and will stay again

Very convenient location and good room sizes. Staff was very helpful in locating an item left behind and posted the item back to me. Highly recommended

八方ゴンドラにも近く、歩いて行けます。 山が良く見えて、景色は最高です! バーがあるので、ビール好きにはたまりません。 料理も美味しかったです。

The room has a gd view that i can see the sunrise and sunset in the morning and at night.

ウォシュレットがないのが残念でしたが、その他は申し分ありません。

Pros: friendly staff, great location Cons: - found pubic hair on the bed and on the bathroom floor; - urine stain around the toilet rim; - staff who didn't know where the do not disturb sign could be found in the room. She offered to let the cleaning team know that we did not need room cleaning, but our room got entered into anyways. If you expect the Japanese standard of cleanliness and operation from this hotel, you would certainly be disappointed. It feels like a frat house to me that the staff worked together causally without the guidance from the management. I will not come back.

設備、特に部屋のバストイレが昔のユニットバスのようで、古めです。リノベーションされているせいか掃除は行き届いているものの、少し埃っぽさがありました。スタッフの対応、レストランはいい対応でした。大浴場があるのに、朝はやっていないのが非常に残念でした。

3世代4人で二泊利用しました。 白馬連山を望める部屋は、広さも充分で、畳や天井もキレイで清潔感がありました。小さいながら大浴場もあり、トレッキング後の疲れも癒してくれ、全般的に満足な滞在になりました。 食事は二日共一階のタップルームでいただきましたが、珍しいビールも飲め、ボリュームたっぷりでした。天気の良い日は、外のテラスで食べるのも気持ち良さそうです。 庭には大型のトランポリンや手製のブランコもあり、子供も気に入って遊んでいました。 基本的にフロント業務は15時〜21時の間で、その他の時間は不在のようなので、そこだけ注意が必要かもしれませんが特に困ることはありませんでした。

清潔感のある室内。ゆっくりと足を伸ばして入れる大浴場に部屋から見える白馬の山々とスキージャンプ台、最高でした。

全体的にお手頃でいいホテルです。 部屋からの景色は最高でした。 大浴場が温泉じゃなかったのが残念でした。
