Parking was good as we opted to pay the 15pound a night. View was spectacular , beds not very comfortable. Bathrooms are lovely but need attention , especially the ensuitebathroom the shower was terrible. Only there 2 nights but it was good.

Convenient location to railway & maritime museum. Be prepared to bring your own tea, coffee, flannel, wash up brush/scrub. Information to operate the oven where not for the model provided, and we struggled to operate the dishwasher, so gave up on that. Also couldn't get the under cupboard lights to work in the kitchen.

Great view patio door broken mold in washroom they fix it by painting over it I have Asma and got sick on second day there .... Close washroom door a metal thing fell switched in bedroom was broken it sad because if it was maintained correctly it would be a awesome place

The apartment is small but ok, the furnishings are bought from a charity shop scratch and damaged! The cooker unusable no wire trays! The ensuite shower room sink hot tap dosnt work! Stained carpets !needs alot of TLC befor next let.dish washer draw boken! Could not sit in sun chairs need a wash down, no binds in lounge ! Windows filthy! 5 tables in lounge ! Why ! Need i go on.Sorry !

A few things didn’t work but the apartment was great and well placed for our needs

The apartment was compact and had everything we needed. Great location, amazing shopping centre on the doorstep. We would love to return.

Spacious accommodations, and a good check in host. The place needs some maintenance, and an upgrade to more comfortable furnishings - but the location was stellar for visiting the historic sites

Great location for the Historic Dockyard and shopping. Easy parking and access. The apartment itself is a little tired - plumbing was an unreliable and there was no access to balcony (it seems like they’ve maybe had issues with it breaking in the past!). The door was basically impossible to shut once opened. It got very stuffy in the living room, with the underfloor heating on and no open windows. The window in the second bedroom wasn’t sealed properly so there was a pretty substantial draft at night!! That said, we had a great stay and the price was right! (Wouldn’t have wanted to pay more though….

This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here!

When we arrived Ken met as with apartment keys he showed as up to apartment which was lovely very clean lovely confirtable bed. Downsides no hot water not able to contact Ken or anyone over weekend as office only open mon to friday.no mugs for coffee had to use drinking glasses for coffee no toaster. We were facing back off building and trains were noisy till early hours off the morning.

Great apartment, Great location…. the addition of improved outdoor furniture for the balcony to take in the wonderful view would be perfect.

Great location right next to harbour. Apartment good size however bit dated needs a freshen up. First apartment we had there was an old leak stain on the ceiling and issue with patio door. Luckily moved straight away to another apartment so the other room we had was much cleaner. Just think for money you should make sure that everything is to a standard before giving keys to someone. As on the first apartment when I arrived I saw that old stain from a leak in the bathroom and patio door was open and clearly not easy to shut. You should just put someone in the other apartment till fix small issues out and clearly why should it take more then one person to open a door.

Check in was a little sketchy and the property had a few minor cosmetic issues. The location and view are excellent.

The weekend was absolutely perfect the accommodation was amazing the views over the harbour were fantastic loads of places to enjoy and eat we be going back

Fantastic place to stay in well equipped apartment. Great location right on the Gunwharf Quays with parking.

Good points and bad. The check in was excellent, a helpful young lady who showed us the apartment and didn’t bother us again until reminding us of the check out procedure. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equipped and ideally placed to visit Gunwharf Quays. However, the apartment is ground floor and the blinds were broken meaning the inner apartment is visible to those outside. Also the noise from the foyer next to the apartment and that outside the windows drifted loudly into the accommodation. You expect some noise but this was excessive late in the evening or early in the morning. This wasn’t helped by men outside using pressure washers to clean the paving. Starting shortly after six am was not pleasant if you fancy a sleep in.
