Fantastic family run riad that looked after us extremely well. They are friendly, kind and accomodating. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Very lovely and clean rooms with great air con. The only thing was there was only a thin sheet for a blanket on our bed but I am sure they would provide a blanket if we had asked!

My breath was stopped when I entered this Riad first. It’s so beautiful like museum.

Beau riad assez bien situé. Très jolie décoration. Bon petit déjeuner. Très bon accueil et service. Pas de restauration sur place pour le dîner peu être parce que nous étions seuls dans le Riad. Mais ils nous ont réservé un dîner dans un autre Riad et nous ont accompagné.

Literie très poussiéreuse, pas de protège matelas, cheveux sur les taies d'oreillers. Robinetterie qui fuit, écoulement d'eau de la douche très très lent. Gros cafouillage lors du paiement par carte, la personne ne savait pas utiliser son boîtier. Au même prix, on trouve bien mieux

We booked this property based on the rating and it was a very disappointing experience. Our room was the terrace room (4 flights of stairs). We seemed to be the only guests. We arrived very late at night, so I understand not getting a welcome drink as advertised. However, there was no drinking/bottled water provided either. The room was dusty and the bathroom was terrible. YOU CANNOT CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR FROM INSIDE AND LATCH IT. No privacy!!! The walls were moldy. There were NO BATH TOWELS (only hand towels). No toilet paper holder and the bathroom amenities are packets of Pantene shampoo. The room gets noisy with a banging sound. When talking with the manager the next day, I was told that drinking water would be provided on request only and I had to ask. Amenities like hairdryer is shared and they apparently had a large group the previous night, so all the bath towels were unavailable. The fact that there isn’t a latch on the bathroom (important for privacy) and the walls are moldy and rooms are dusty made us cut our stay short and move to a different hotel immediately. This review is based solely on our experience with the terrace room (one king bed and one twin bed). The owner will very likely not take this feedback and retort as if everything is fine. However, having stayed in multiple riads in Morocco, we can confidently say that this was a terrible experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively as the courtyard is nice.

Beautiful courtyard and very tasty breakfast. The room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely view of the surroundings and will be a pleasant place to sit, especially later in the season.

We had a marvellous peaceful stay. The property is beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Our host was extremely gracious and took us (so that we didn’t get lost in the maze of streets) to the most wonderful restaurant. His recommendation was superb and my favourite of the trip. In fact, the food was in my opinion better than a very exclusive restaurant we visited in Marrakesh.

Riad vraiment très jolie, propres, sans bruit. Le personnels et très accueillant, à l'écoute des voyageurs. La personne qui nous as accueilli notre premier jours nous a mêmes accompagner au bureau de change pour pas que nous soyons perdu. Il nous a réservé un restaurant très cosy et pas cher pour la qualité. Tout les matins notre petit sac déjeuner nous attendais au vue de nos heures de départ du riad (avant 8h)

Muy buen hotel y trato del personal excelente. La persona encargada estuvo muy atenta y educada. Todo fue perfecto. Eso sí, es algo frío el alojamiento, pues el calentador es insuficiente y a veces se iba la luz. Por lo demás, muy buen alojamiento.

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the AC was not the greatest, and we found sleeping hard due to the heat. The staff were great at lending us their own fan so that we had some air flow to sleep. They were also very accommodating and very helpful.

Mohammed est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Préférerez le restaurant indiqué par Mohammed le soir de notre arrivée plutôt que les repas servis le soir au riad Sheryne. Le placeur a toujours réussi à nous trouver une place de parking dans sa rue proche du Riad !

Great location , nice place , clean room, good AC, and hot shower , nice Morocco breakfast , staff is very friendly , Mohamed the manger of the riad was very helpful and friendly , the Riad is about 10 minutes walk to the blue gate, lots of cafe, restaurants and shops near by. I would highly recommend Riad Sheryne to stay in Fes old medina

Simple, clean little road. Wifi often gets disconnected but staff can fix it right away. Every nice staff and great breakfast.

Très bon séjour, très bon Accueil, très beau cadre. le riad est très bien situé , à proximité immédiate de la place de la fontaine Batha, avec parking de rue gardé rue El Douh. Cependant cette information mériterait d'être signalée sur le site; cela facilite grandement l'arrivée du 1er jour.

Situado inmejorablemente. A la medina no ingresan autos, el hotel está a 2 minutos a pie desde donde nos dejó el taxi. La atención es excelente, siempre atentos a cualquier requerimiento. Nos dieron un mapa al llegar para ubicar los lugares de interés más próximos. Tienen servicio de alimentación muy buena por un suplemento si no deseas salir por la noche. En general una estancia muy cómoda.

Beautiful riad in a great location. The architecture of the Riad is intricate and authentic. Just a five minute walk to the Blue gate. Nicely decorated rooms with lots of Moroccan charm. The mattresses were a lot firmer than we are used to but the beds were very clean. The AC in the room worked great and there was hot water in the shower. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very hospitable.

Très beau Ryad dans une rue retirée au calme (pas de bruit la nuit) mais très prés de la place Batha. Les employés sont très agréable et à l'écoute. Conseil à nos amis voyageurs, réservez vos excursions proposées les unes après les autres car si vous les réservez toutes en une seule fois et que vous ayez un soucis de santé, il est très difficile de se faire rembourser.
