Next door to Dr office but shares the same parking garage. It’s quite a hike to the front door of the hotel. Carrying your luggage and you have to pay for parking. If your going for medical reasons ALWAYS get the cancel / change order insurance because hotel is very strict on “not refundable” policy

Very clean room and lobby. Appliances in room very clean. Great location for close to downtown

Proximity to the venue for a show I was going to along with being a walkable distance (1/2 to 3/4 of a mile) from bars and restaurants

The hotel was pretty run down. Location is good if you want to be in walking distance from hospitals/Deep Ellum.

Great place great location very comfortable

My shower had poor flow. Took about 20 minutes. Woke up at 1 am to clear the building due to a fire alarm. When I checked out there was a homeless person passed out at the front entrance. Not a safe area. Do not go out at night. Front doors of hotel are locked at all times. Need key to get in. Front desk had to open door for me to check in.

The staff is lovely, knowledgable and professional. The breakfast was nice but closed a bit early. The room was ok, but had a strange uriny moldy smell. The front desk sent me a cleaning spray up to the room but I went out next day and bought a room spray. The bed was not nearly as nice (sheets blankets and comfortable mattress) as the other similarly priced hotels in the area. Even the other H2 hotel in town was nicer, and the bed had more luxurious bedding and mattress. I wanted to bring my daughter to visit at the pool but it was not nice enough to invite her. It is small, on the second floor with high traffic noise and the amenities and tables were discolored with chipped fading paint and a full surrounding deck in need of replacement. Do not go to this hotel for the pool. But you would like to stay close to the medical center and have easy access to Munger and the arts district, its OK. I'd give it a 6 on a scale of 1-10.
